I think I would live in a Poirot novel. Hopefully not as a murderer or victim, just as some wealthy estate owners or travellers on a cruise down the nile. I think I would have enjoyed Agatha Christie's life too.

I'd like to live in gentle sunshine, beautiful surroundings with a lake, tall trees, wonderful flowers and animals, including dinosaurs - but I would want to be safe so would have to be invisible to the animals; I would see them but they wouldn't see me.

I often thought I’d like to live in Coronation Street. People love to the street and get a job right away, walking distance from their house. Factory workers and shop assistants can afford a pub lunch and drinks every lunchtime and more drinks in the pub after work. I’m not a big drinker. I’d just like their job security and hourly wage.

Although thinking about it, they’re all very ‘traditional’ and families are segregated - maybe the village newsagent sells tiny copies of the Daily Mail

I’d also say Albert Square as they all manage to live in massive townhouses while working a market stall and with no commute, and all manage to the pub daily. Would need to plumb in a washing machine though.
