To ask for your fb stalk fails???

Just randomly stalking on fb and clicked on an exes dad and sent a bloody friend request! Think I’ll have to leave the country.

Its not social media, but when my old iphone was on the fritz, it would randomly behave as though the home button was being held down, ir triggering voice control and calling random people. This got so bad that I had to switch the phone off otherwise it just rang people all bloody day long. However, before I got it fixed, for about four nights in a row it turned itself on and then called this one bloke about 7/8 times each night- I dont know what my snoring sounds like, but apparently its this guys name!

We met through OLD but never IRL although we live in the same town, so even though I sent a message apologising and explaining... Im pretty sure to this day he thinks I am a crazy stalker lady.

Ok, so this thread has enlightened me... I’ve been viewing an ex friends insta stories, does this mean she can see ive been doing it??? I don’t even have an insta account though?

When my DH and I first got together I decided to a bit of FB stalking of his ex. Stalked my heart's content then put my phone down and thought nothing more of it. Turns out I hadn't closed the tab, so when he came over to mine later and we decided to order a takeaway, the tab was still open on my phone of his exes FB page and he seen it clear as day.

Wanted to die in the moment, but just had to come clean. No long term harm done 😂😂

I know this is an old thread but it really makes me laugh especially the person who tagged themselves as an old school friend's baby. If anyone has any recent facebook stalking fails please do share them as I'd love to read them to relieve the boredom of lockdown!

I separated from my ex, he denied there was anyone else but I knew who she was. Accidentally sent her a friend request which she ignored, then decided to just leave it there - didn’t delete the request for months as it gave me secret satisfaction knowing she was seeing it every day.

Has anyone mentioned the woman on here a few weeks ago who somehow managed to send a thumbs up to the last message with her ex (from about two years previously), then accidentally started a chat group of her, him and another ex, then panicked and left the chat?

Absolutely CREASED at the person who tagged themselves as an old school friends baby 😭😂

Not really a fail, but my boyfriend, in his words, "had to be honest" and tell me he was finishing with me for the new woman he was "now seeing". There was Facebook flirtation between them so it became obvious that he had told me because I had quite a lot of mutual friends with her.

Events then took a bizarre turn as she must have then FB stalked me and joined a specialist sports interest FB group that I'm a member of and posted a nonsense comment on it (she doesn't do the sport). Out of curiosity, I then added her as a friend and she accepted! But there's nothing mentioning my ex on her FB and he likes none of her posts (he only rarely uses it) and it seems they are more FWB. So i can't find out anything!!
