Oh! The Courteeners! I hadn't heard of them before last week, but two different people told me to check them out when I was moaning that I'd been to see Muse and hated them.

I think the general consensus here is that he is indeed quite hot.

That's the one @StoorieHoose They've got loads of great tunes - my current favourite is Immigraniada.

Somehow I ended up on the front row in Rock City Nottingham last year, next to their biggest fan, a 22 year old girl who was beside herself with excitement and was utterly lovely. We were best friends for 2 hours. And we totally touched the lead singer who was all topless and sweaty and leaning over the front row.

The Courteeners are a bit indistinguishable to me from so many other guitar bands like that over the past 25 years.

I hated Muse. I felt like I was at a different show to everyone else. I was on the front row of the pit but could see absolutely nothing as the stage was so high. It was too much show for me - dancers and lights and glow in the dark trombones and flying spacement and costume changes and all that. And i just didn't know the songs - everyone was freaking out and loving it, but I got bored and went home after about an hour, because I just felt so cut off from it all.

It wasn't a wasted trip - I quite enjoyed Pale Waves and then loved Tom Morello as support.

Can't wait to see Kylie tomorrow, 31 years in the industry, I don't care if some people don't think she shouldn't be in the legends slot, to me she should.
