The reason that he wasnt believed is because society in general doesnt accept that men can be the abused party.

She came forward with photos and videos that have all been debunked as fakes in court. She lied and it's all coming out now what the guy has been through. That's why all the evidence has been raked up again.

But as Music Twilight mentioned this conversation has taken a different turn.

If you have an issue with the allegations of homophobia then you need to take it up with her ex.
