AIBU to ask what you think is the greatest movie/tv sex scene ever?

Been chatting to some friends about this and we came up with ones from Fatal Attraction (sink scene), Brokeback Mountain, GoT (all of them ) and Pretty Little Liars amongst others. What was interesting was how some favourites did nothing for others. And some were unanimously agreed to be hot as hell.

Which ones do it for you?

I think that most sex scenes are as another person put it, cringey, or very unrealistic. In most cases the film would be better without them.

I think kissing scenes can sometimes be way more erotic than full on sex scenes. And I do love sex scenes in the shower. Had a HUGE crush on one of the sexiest guys I have ever met & Oh God, the times I fantasied about him taking me hard up against the tiles as the hot water cascaded down. Steamy in more ways than one!

Most memorable for me was from the movie 'Monster' with Halle Berry and Billy Bob Thornton!

But further to my earlier disapproving comment (regarding cringeworthiness and unnecessariness) what’s as bad is that I suddenly become very aware that these are two actors, not real lovers, and I feel very sorry for them.

Oh and Remains of the Day, the scene where Emma Thompson corners Anthony Hopkins trying to see if he's reading a smutty book.

She's focused on the book and getting closer and closer and he's staring at her and there's a moment where he could kiss her but he doesn't let his guard down and the moment is lost. Totally heartbreaking and subtly erotic at the same time.
