Apart from tea/coffee what do you drink during the day?

I have a serious Diet Coke habit, and for the umpteenth time have been reminded just how bad it is for me. So I’m looking for healthy alternatives aside from tea/coffee. I’m avoiding sugar so really need low sugar alternatives to diet fizzy pop. Thanks l!

I just drink water. No tea/coffee/alcohol and I don't like juice etc.

Water. You get used to it.

I drink 2.5 litres of plain water (roughly, I rarely count), 2 or 3 cups of decaf tea or coffee and the very occasional (once a month maybe) can of Coke zero.

I don't like tea or coffee so I'm stuck with water. I don't like squash much but if I'm desperate for a change from plain water I have very weak squash.
I don't like fizzy drinks either🙄
(There aren't many foods I don't like!)

I don't like tea or coffee so I mainly drink sugar free flavoured sparkling water.

Water.

Keep some ice cold in the fridge.

It won’t take long to get used to it.

It is nicer ice cold.

Otherwise, if you like it, have peppermint or other herbal / fruit tea?

Fresh orange (or grapefruit juice - medication precludes this now 😢) or elderflower cordial with fizzy water is lovely but I'm fine with tap water.

Infused water. Like a pp said, the bottle has a strainer type think in it.

My favourite is cucumber infused water. Delicious. In fact, I'm going to make myself one right now 😁

Water, water and water. With the odd green tea (try to drink regularly) and an occasional hot chocolate. As a treat now as I've cut it right back I have diet lemonade.

Water (eau de Severn Trent) but filtered; either plain or with about one-fifth fruit juice.

I do like Kefir too, but the bought flavoured ones which are more snack than drink really.

Mint tea or seltzer (unsweetened fruit flavoured sparkling water, not sure it is common in the UK I discovered it when we moved to the US) or water, chilled in the fridge.

Drink coffee or black tea and soda water from the fridge, to which I add some freshly squeezed juice of lemon or lime together with the piece of fruit I've squeezed the juice from.

I never drink things like coke, don't like them.

Water, still or sparkling. Usually just plain but occasionally I use an infusion bag for cold water.

I have a couple of cups of coffee and then normally water. Sometimes I have Pepsi max and if I remember to get some I'm quite partial to Vimto
