Just that really not loos but changing rooms
Gyms swimming pools
Keep in mind many changing rooms have no cubicles or if they do they simply have curtains like this images.app.goo.gl/H6pdSPuXJiUqjs817

Er no

Oysterbabe · 04/06/2019 20:13

Why?

Hepte · 04/06/2019 20:13

Wouldn't bother me!

MonstranceClock · 04/06/2019 20:13

Wouldn't bother me.

NailsNeedDoing · 04/06/2019 20:13

No

ZippyBungleandGeorge · 04/06/2019 20:14

My local pool had mixed sex changing rooms, lots and lots of cubicles, not floor to ceiling though. It's fine and means it's always busy which feels safer

30not13 · 04/06/2019 20:14

My local pool is unisex changing rooms albeit with proper solid cubicles, and it's never bothered me. Or anyone I've spoken to.

ZippyBungleandGeorge · 04/06/2019 20:14

*has

mbosnz · 04/06/2019 20:14

No.

Vivavivienne · 04/06/2019 20:15

In a gym it wouldn’t bother me. In a swimming pool I’d like a curtain. I could manage without though.

Pascha · 04/06/2019 20:15

Only one of those photos showed anything other than fitting rooms in shops which have traditionally been just a curtain. Every pool or gym I have been to with mixed sex changing has had individual cubicles for single people, two or a family with solid doors. I'm quite happy about it.

cardibach · 04/06/2019 20:15

Could those who say it wouldn’t bother you explain why? And also whether you can empathise with those who wouldn’t want to be naked in mixed company?

FingersMcGinty · 04/06/2019 20:15

NO

Didntwanttochangemyname · 04/06/2019 20:15

Doesn't bother me.

Theknacktoflying · 04/06/2019 20:15

Yes. What would the problem be?

Pearlfish · 04/06/2019 20:15

With cubicles (like family areas in modern changing rooms) - fine.

Without cubicles (or with an insufficient number of cubicles) so everyone gets changed in a central area - not fine at all. Particularly for my pre-teen daughter.

ThroughThickAndThin01 · 04/06/2019 20:16

No I wouldn’t be happy, I’d rather it separate.

needmorespace · 04/06/2019 20:16

No way
Nor would I want my daughter or granddaughter using mixed changing rooms

Jolonglegs · 04/06/2019 20:17

It wouldn't bother me, but I'd want floor to ceiling cubicle doors. I wouldn't be happy with curtains.

Hopenothate · 04/06/2019 20:18

Just wondering

Personally I wouldn’t be happy with this I know At my gym there are showers like this and a communal changing area there are toilets but they are a bit of a walk from the shower to the loo

I Have to say I would likely stop swimming and using are local gym if the facility’s became mixed sex and I would not be inclined to allow the school to take my daughter swimming either

Iltavilli · 04/06/2019 20:18

Totally fine

Bezalelle · 04/06/2019 20:21

I would be very unhappy, and would not go to any establishment that had mixed facilities. I don't want to share spaces with men when I'm going to be in states of undress.

Theknacktoflying · 04/06/2019 20:22

You go, you get changed, you leave ... don’t see the ig deal ...

Mum2jenny · 04/06/2019 20:22

Not an issue to me
