Either roast pork or chicken with new potatoes and a variety of vegetables

Courgette, butternut squash and bean stew, with rice and boiled eggs. Wanted to add some dried fruit but realised I only had prunes that went off in January! Waiting for DH to come back with some dried apricots!!

Microwaved a lentil lasagna I made months ago that's been sat in the freezer & chopped up a salad 🥗😀
