Curry from the freezer. Home made but frozen a few weeks ago. Beef Massaman. With microwave brown rice. We’re in a bit of a rush tonight.

Love to batch cook, when I got round to it, as it makes hectic days like today so much easier.

I'm making greek lamb kebabs, with rice and salad.

Red Pepper risotto sounds gorgeous.

We have a chicken stir fry with spicy noodles for tonight.

Sausage n mash. Its been that kind of day. I wouldn't normally make this in June, but the weather's so awful and lots has gone wrong today, so comfort food it is.

Pasta with homemade tomato sauce, salmon fillets and broccoli

I'm heating up last nights leftovers - spag bol,.. without the spag. Having it was a toasted pitta instead.

Cheese, carrot, onion and potato done in muffin tray in oven with chicken breast dipped in egg and coated in crushed cheese and onion Walkers with garlic salt and paprika!

Wegman's fab made in store frozen pizza, one plain cheese and one pepperoni. So simple, I love Wednesdays!

Roast tomatoes with harissa over herby couscous tonight from the new Nigel Slater cookbook, with merguez sausages and nduja on baguette.

Sausages veg and chips tonight for us . Ds will be happy.

Lamb chops, corn on the cob, asparagus and spinach but I might change that to peas.

Nothing and if anyone wants anything they will have to make it themselves.

Doing M&S steak pie new potatoes and peas, I have not long got out of hospital (still off sick) I had sepsis and have been very ill only now getting my appetite back so looking forward to it

I made meatloaf. Was ok nothing special but easy to make

Maryland crab cakes with oven chips and onion rings. I don't make the crab cakes, I buy them made in store by the seafood department of my local posh Italian grocery store/supermarket.
