I'm looking for inspiration ! Plus, I just really like these threads .

Leftover chilli for us. I'm going to put some chicken thighs in a yoghurt and lemon marinade for tomorrow.

I've got chilli out of the freezer for tomorrow night, to make enchiladas.

Dh is making cheesy bacony pasta. Says it all.

Kids prefer it to "mums cheesy pasta" and as dh is home early tonight and picked them up from school, he got the request and couldn't refuse!

DCs have just had leftover chicken tikka massala that I made in the slow cooker and froze last week.
DH is working away (again 🙄) so I’m having either a ready-meal katsu curry or frozen pizza when DCs are in bed.

Diet Coke chicken with some sort of rice or wedges.

I'm at mums house therefore we have had fishfingers, chips and salad from the garden.

I’m on a diet so this was ours. Nothing too flashy but it tasted delicious.

DS and DH had truffle mac and cheese and a strawberry cake my mum made them. I’ve not had dinner yet and I’m so tired I might just have a cup of tea and go to bed!

Tonight I made griddled breast of chicken, seasoned with Cajun spices, sweet potato wedges and roasted summer vegetables ( onion garlic courgette tomato and pepper) served with crusty French stick.

Some kind of Chinese style beef in the pressure cooker and stir fried veg on the side. Willing my toddler to go the hell to sleep.

Minted lamb steak with baby potatoes, green beans and gravy. Oh and a yorkshire pudding just because

Heck chicken sausages with new potatoes, tender stem broccoli and mushroom and onion gravy.

Spinach gnocchi and quinoa bolognese

We had rump steak, chips and peppercorn sauce. It was yummy xx

Homemade carbonara aka chicken and bacon pasta with a tub of cream cheese/grated cheddar for the sauce.

Not very traditional but goes down well with DH and DSD

Last night was spaghetti bolognese. Tonight is spicy pork chops with roasted baby corn, peppers, asparags, red onion and rice.

Enchiladas made, just ready for the oven later.

Cuban style chicken, crumpled negros and rice.

Chicken & Chorizo paella, it's a slimming world recipe and tastes gorgeous!

Spanish omelette with a chicken caesar salad. Bit eclectic, but stuff needs using up

Penne pasta with Chorizo, Courgette and Peas.

Chicken Katsu curry I am cheating and using a sauce from a jar, but I am doing the panko breaded chicken myself and using MIL’s tried and tested, traditional Thai method for my sticky rice!
