I'm looking to treat myself to a good quality pair of jeans now that I'm post partum.

I made the mistake of ordering a pair from Missguided as they had 30% off. They've arrived and they look awful.

Fit okay on the waist but terribly too long and baggy on the legs! Sad they were also more of a faded grey than black like they should be.

Where do you buy yours from? I've never had a go to pair of jeans that I've loved and gone back to.

Boring and traditional but, you can’t beat Levi’s.

bloodywhitecat · 17/05/2019 18:13

GAP, M&S (I always find it bizarre that M&S make good jeans) and FatFace

KnittingForMittens · 17/05/2019 18:15

Primark and Morrisons, mainly.

WaitedForGodot · 17/05/2019 18:15

Nudie jeans, fit is lovely and they'll repair them for free.

britnay · 17/05/2019 18:16

I love my Levis, well worth the price :)

Seniorschoolmum · 17/05/2019 18:16

I’m size 10 and 5’8”and I’m struggling with a decent fit.
Boden long is closest.

BummyKnocker · 17/05/2019 18:17

Marks and Spencer here too, I like their slim jeans.

NCforthis2019 · 17/05/2019 18:19

Levi’s

TheWernethWife · 17/05/2019 18:19

M & S, good fit and good value for money at around £25 a pair. I have loads of them, have a M & S Sparks card and sometimes can get 20% off.

bridgetreilly · 17/05/2019 18:20

There isn't one place that makes the perfect jeans for everyone. You need to try a lot and find the ones that fit your body best.

Ratonastick · 17/05/2019 18:20

M&S or Fatface. Bizarre but those two consistently have great jeans in a variety of styles.

PullUpsAreTricky · 17/05/2019 18:20

top shop, love Joni's and Jamie's. skinny legs v high waisted.

ghostyslovesheets · 17/05/2019 18:21

skinny - Sainsbury's - oddly - really good fit and last forever

Straight - Next

Boy Friend/Cropped etc - M+S

Siameasy · 17/05/2019 18:21

Hollister. Got some nice high waisted ones there and they’re very soft

ZippyBungleandGeorge · 17/05/2019 18:22

@Seniorschoolmum I was the same size as height as you until recently (small baby not back in my skinny jeans yet ...). I've found Abercrombie and Fitch jeans the best fit, even better if you can get them at an outlet

BenjiB · 17/05/2019 18:23

I have loads of pairs ranging in size from 12-16 😂. My favourite are a pair from seven for all mankind, ridiculous price but fit lovely. I usually get them from Cocosa as they’re much cheaper.

Annabk · 17/05/2019 18:23

Matalan. Lots of choice of leg lengths, wash well, don’t shrink in the tumble dryer. No pointless branding or fussy details either, just classic jeans.

Mumma111 · 17/05/2019 18:24

H&M have brilliant jeans!

incogneto · 17/05/2019 18:24

I've tried Primark, New Look, Missguided, H&M and Matalan jeans so far.

I've never felt comfy in a pair of jeans! Maybe I'm just too fat for them 😥

Thinking of trying Topshop Joni jeans. Seems as though lots of people rave over those

New look for jeggings for a good skinny fit from a high waist to ankle, the cut is perfect for me and my fat thighs and skinny calves 😳
Not Your Daughters Jeans for a good comfy fit in any cut, the only place I've ever got them in store is John Lewis

Always topshop.

Rainbowknickers · 17/05/2019 18:28

I get mine from Tesco limited styles and colours but they fit so well and wash like a dream

IHaveBrilloHair · 17/05/2019 18:28

New Look, but I order from ASOS.
Their petite super skinnies.
