To ask where you buy your jeans from?

I'm looking to treat myself to a good quality pair of jeans now that I'm post partum.

I made the mistake of ordering a pair from Missguided as they had 30% off. They've arrived and they look awful.

Fit okay on the waist but terribly too long and baggy on the legs! Sad they were also more of a faded grey than black like they should be.

Where do you buy yours from? I've never had a go to pair of jeans that I've loved and gone back to.

I had a baby 6m ago and treated myself to some new jeans. I went for next ones that shape you bum and waist - they are fab! I have never found a pair of jeans that I actually felt comfy in since my teens until these! Will see if I can find you a link.

Short legged (25 inches) - Sparks or Sainsbugs.

I wait for the summer and get Regular fit cropped trousers.

They fit full length.😳

puma84 · 17/05/2019 20:22

River island is the the only place I buy my jeans from.

YouJustDoYou · 17/05/2019 20:24

The men's department at Asda. Men's fitted. Only £10, nice thick sturdy material, not too tight. Lasts months longer than my women's jeans, and cheaper too.

GalactiCat · 17/05/2019 20:26

V by Very. Always fit me perfectly.

Shelbybear · 17/05/2019 20:29

I have to go for petite or short leg. I find Dorothy Perkins are great for me.

Quality varies and I hate that they don't name the jeans inside like Topshop do (Leigh, Joni etc) I've got a pair I love and would like to buy again the fabric is really soft and stretchy but tight. They don't hurt at all for skinny jeans. They just say Dorothy Perkins in the label and I haven't managed to track similar ones down in the store again.

clumsygirl · 17/05/2019 20:36

Reiss skinnies fit amazing and don’t fade well worth the money

peachsquish · 17/05/2019 20:37

Bon Marche.

BikeRunSki · 17/05/2019 20:40

After a couple of really good pairs, Sainsbury’s is my go-to jeans shop.

ViserionTheDragon · 17/05/2019 20:42

Topshop as they really go with the trends and there's something for everyone. I recently treated myself to a pair of Paige jeans and they're pretty good too! Am thinking of trying M&S one next.

stressedoutpa · 17/05/2019 20:46

Sainsburys, Next and M&S in the main.

mizu · 17/05/2019 20:48

GAP - never bought anything else in there but I do like their jeans.

asteri76 · 17/05/2019 20:51

Rag and Bone and Mother.. the fit is amazing!!

Tunnocks34 · 17/05/2019 20:55

Topshop, but misguided jeans also fit me really well to be fair!

LordBuckley · 17/05/2019 21:01

M&S jeans are very good, and they sell them in different lengths, which is great for short people like me.

Likethebattle · 17/05/2019 21:02

Dorothy Perkins. I have really long legs and the regular are long enough.

Queenie8 · 17/05/2019 21:02

Levis - both my pairs are 5+ years and as good as new

Gap - They last 4+ years

Topshop

Buy jeans with as little lycra as possible in them. They should be almost unbearably tight when first on, the cotton will give slightly with the heat of your body. If necessary go down a size. I promise you won't regret it. Baggy arse /waist is my bugbear.

kaytee87 · 17/05/2019 21:05

Gap

abellanoa · 17/05/2019 21:07

Topshop Jamie jeans have aged well and honestly my best pairs are from hollister! Not somewhere I'd ever go but they're great and my black ones haven't faded much in 3 years. Once you work out the bloody sizing and they're great

loubieloulou · 17/05/2019 21:24

Another vote for Levis here, everything about them is just flattering, the way they fit legs & bum is just WOW .... traditional brand that's been around a long time for a reason.... I love mine ... I have about 10 pairs 👌🏻

Pinotjo · 17/05/2019 21:58

Tesco do nice jeans, I wear black skinny, high waist for work, they do different leg lengths and different style even the bum lifting ones

GiveMeFood12 · 17/05/2019 22:01

Primark or river island

TowerRingInferno · 17/05/2019 22:04

Levis are the only ones that seem to fit me well (I’m small and short)

crispysausagerolls · 17/05/2019 22:08

massimo dutti - they are a very flattering waist height!
