He’s not a man of the people- he’s one of the elite. He’s a wealthy ex broker who wants to privatise the NHS. He has earnt a massive salary as an MEP but barely turned up. He’s a con artist who is actually pretty racist and unsavoury.

Am tired of seeing him on TV - he cares nothing for the poor of this country. I wish he would go away never to be seen again.

I could clearly see the word 'Twat' written around his head, if that helps.

tiddlywinkywinkywinky · 14/05/2019 00:10

@OP there's a lot of anger and swearing in the leave areas which actually surround London because Remainers are very vocal about l thinking leavers are deluded.

Leavers think the same about remainers, and you might just find that this is a very quiet majority.

calpop · 14/05/2019 06:35

"very quiet" LOL!

Whoever is in the majority, does not change the fact that this man is vile, repulsive and immoral. Everyone hates him in Westminster, even the pro-Brexit tories. Won't stop people voting for his hideous party of course, even though they should really be voting conservative if they are that obsessed with carrying on with the farce that is Brexit. Imagine being that bigoted that you would elect someone to 4 more years of vast over payment of salary to sit around enjoying long, expenses-funded lunches in posh restaurants in Europe, when they expressely say they detest the place (even though they enjoy shagging its citizens). Weird.

Theworldisfullofgs · 14/05/2019 06:49

He's a stooge.

Likes the attention. I want to know who is funding him and the Brexit party that isn't actually a party but a private company.

Do you really think that no women vote for this man and his party?

calpop · 14/05/2019 07:20

I dont think that no. There are bigoted women as well as men.

BoneyBackJefferson · 14/05/2019 07:20

Stripyseagulls
this actually isn’t about leave or remain really. Farage is a liar, a conman, a racist, a racist and a pretender.

So using one word to sum him up. He is a politician.

Stripyseagulls · 14/05/2019 07:27

@boney well yes I guess he is Grin but not all politicians are self serving arseholes- there are some decent ones out there in all parties. A cross party list of decent ones that don’t seem to be self serving arseholes but I am prepared to be proven wrong:
David Lammy
Caroline Lucas
Jess Philips
Dominic Grieve
Mhairi Black
Leanne Wood
Etc

@HazelBite

Thank you for your "ageism" comment. Grin

I'll be 64 in a few years, and am starting to feel quite maligned. I'm an old-school lefty and always voted Labour until I moved to somewhere where they come a very poor third (tactically vote LD now). I've always been vehemently anti-racist, and I feel quite upset that my generation is being tarred as a bunch of gammons!

LakieLady · 14/05/2019 07:36

Sorry, that should be a few weeks, not years!

Wish it was a few years off though ...

Helmetbymidnight · 14/05/2019 07:37

so are they angry and swearing or are they very quiet? please clarify.

LakieLady · 14/05/2019 07:41

BBC are to blame for all this fucking shambles in the first place by giving this irrelevant frothing moron airtime instead of treating him with the contempt he deserves.

If David the Pigfucker hadn't called the bloody referendum, Farage would be a spent force by now.

He's the real villain of the piece, and putting party before country like he did is tantamount to treason imo.

Singlenotsingle · 14/05/2019 07:47

I agree with you Hazel. We're what the Japanese call "young old". I'm 67, in full possession of health and faculties, and on reports recently, I could have another 30 years left! So Brexit is definitely not irrelevant to me.

kalopali · 14/05/2019 07:48

Still a million times better than that cuntweasel Corbyn.

Stripyseagulls · 14/05/2019 07:50

@kalopali nope. I’m no Corbyn fan but at least he actually wants a fair society for all his many faults.

Farage just wants wealth and elitism. Anyone who thinks otherwise is deluded. He will rip the NHS apart and sell it to the highest US bidder.

Ladymargarethall · 14/05/2019 07:52

Stripyseagulls I am retired. Why won't Brexit affect me? I am not planning to pop my clogs the minute we leave the EU.

justarandomtricycle · 14/05/2019 07:54

People debating which other groups shouldn't get the vote, all in service to where they want the power to be, are actual fascists. Farage has got nothing on them.

I wish they wouldn't identify themselves with remain (or leave for that matter) because it is something broken in them, 1930s Germany style, that will contemplate such an evil idea.

Stripyseagulls · 14/05/2019 07:56

@ladymargaret yes, of course it will affect you but not as much as it will affect young people for generations to come whose life chances will be drastically reduced. We have all benefitted from freedom of movement etc to work and live in Europe etc. Nothing has made me vomit more than the entitled retired people living in Spain that voted leave & flew back to support Farage. Utterly selfish.

So of course it will affect retired people but nowhere near as much as young people.

OP posts:
Alsohuman · 14/05/2019 07:57

How did these people get to vote if they live in Spain?

Stripyseagulls · 14/05/2019 07:58

@alsohuman plenty of people overseas voted. My sister lives in Dubai and voted by proxy

OP posts:
Stripyseagulls · 14/05/2019 08:00

If you spend half the year in Spain and half the year in the uk, then you can vote

Fuck that for a game of soldiers. Life isn’t fair. If you want that then move to fucking Venezuela.

Ladymargarethall · 14/05/2019 08:01

Stripyseagulls I have children and grandchildren, as do many pensioners.
Are you assuming that all retirees have no brains and no heart?
