So we live in a relatively new build which has 6 designated spaces (think 1A, 1B, 1C and so on)

I'm not long back and there is a car in my space, so I parked in the one next to me. The next door neighbour came out and asked me to move as her husband is due back soon.
But move where!!

AIBU?

How do you drive into the spaces with kerbs on each side?

DanielRicciardosSmile · 12/05/2019 12:13

Where did you get all this shopping that was too heavy to carry from at 9.45am on a Sunday?

I may have missed the point here

NCforThisO1 · 12/05/2019 12:13

Owned it as in like owned the land of it I meant

Say there was already 2 cars there you would be able to drive into the 3rd space but you wouldn't be able to reverse much, so you drive in and park, no faffing about making sure its actually in the space

My diagram didn't go very well

LizB62A · 12/05/2019 12:16

YOU'RE IN THE WRONG

There - does that help?

S1naidSucks · 12/05/2019 12:18

Oh yes because I would make this up

You mean you are actually rude enough to refuse to move when the owner of the other space tells you too? Oh dear, OP, that’s actually worse that making stuff up. I’m embarrassed for you.

Did you challenge the person when they got back to their car?

NCforThisO1 · 12/05/2019 12:18

Morrisons opens at 8!

You are s hypocrite!

Whereistheglove · 12/05/2019 12:29

No , you are the cf in this situation.
Maybe the person who took your space thought you’d be at work all day. Maybe they just don’t care, which seems to be your attitude.

my2bundles · 12/05/2019 12:30

No Morrisons supermarkets open at 10am on Sundays. Tbe petrol stations and cafe may open earlier bit not tne supermarket.

PaddingtonBearHardStare · 12/05/2019 12:30

I thought Sunday Trading Laws meant any large supermarket can only trade for 6 hours between 10am and 6pm

Pinkyyy · 12/05/2019 12:30

You are so fucking selfish it's a joke.

This law doesn't apply in Scotland.

my2bundles · 12/05/2019 12:33

Under trading laws large supermarkets eg morrisons can only open for 6 hours on Sundays between the hours of 10am and 6pm. Oh and move your car, put your kids in the car they don't need to be left.

professorpecked · 12/05/2019 12:33

op you are shameless!
