To think that my DD is broken?

I noticed something really odd today, something I can't unsee!
My DD, 3, puts her trousers on before her socks!!

AIBU to think that this is absolutely crazy, and to question if she's even mine

@DarlingNikita You've reminded me about the time one winter when after a particularly vigorous morning session my DP announced proudly that he had "Shagged my socks off!".

I don't possess any trousers, but socks always go on after pants and before skirt in my world.

You are right - socks first. Your daughter is malfunctioning and you need a new one.

Socks would only go on before jeans if the jeans are too tight ! Otherwise jeans first

DS2 (6) always puts his school trousers on backwards

If I'm getting fully dressed from naked, I'll put socks on after trousers.

If I've gone via a dressing gown, I'll have socks on already if it's cold, before swapping gown out for top/bottoms.

Socks on before shoes, so that could be hours after I put my trousers on 😄

Socks last here. I do try and do them first though, especially with tighter trousers, then there is no fiddling with the trouser leg.

Socks always on last because wearing socks and no trousers looks ridiculous. What if you have a heart attack before you get a chance to put your trousers on and then you die looking like that???

My son puts his socks on last too but he’s a strange one anyway ..

I put my socks on last because I only wear them when I’m going outdoors. Always barefoot at home, unless it’s really cold.

Right before leaving the house socks then shoes although I wear flip flops a lot so often no socks because I hate them.

Mind you I concert knew a man who was so tall he put his trousers on over his head.

Socks last, if I'm wearing jeans they are skinny ones and I'm either wearing little cotton socks with the lace edge that go under ballet flats etc and can't be seen or proper socks and boots so the socks go over the jeans, same with leggings. I rarely wear socks to work, wrong kind of shoes
