Niles with baby the bird stuck on his head. Niles setting fire to Frasier's apartment. Niles scoring from the halfway line. Kelsey Grammer's wonderful overacting. The lovely autumnal colours. The clever dialogue. The list goes on

Niles and Daphne were better than Ross and Rachel.

So many great episodes - loved the one where they were trying to get Freddie into the Marbury School:

Dr Campbell: I will die a happy man if I never set eyes on either of you again. Unfortunately, there is only one way I can think of to ensure that: your son Frederick is hereby admitted to the Marbury School.
Frasier: Oh!
Dr Campbell: However! - he will immediately be expelled if either of you violates any of the following conditions: you will not bring him to school, you will not collect him, you will not attend any recitals, plays, sporting events, or school functions, up to and including "Frederick Crane Day," should we ever have one.
And when graduation comes, you will dispatch an appropriate envoy with a video camera. And now it is with great pleasure that I bid you goodbye - forever!

Just thought of a scene that gets me crying every time...

The one where Roz gives Frasier an ultimatum over their friendship and his relationship with Julia. He chooses Julia and Roz storms out. Get me every time! 😭

That fall out does give one of my favourite lines though. Frasier thinks Roz hates Julia because she's harboured feelings for him since they slept together and is jealous.

Roz finding this hilarious.
Frasier- I don't recall you have any complaints. In fact I seem to remember the words 'stallion-like.'
Roz- I never said that.
Frasier- Well one of us did!

I love the episode where Frasier accidentally destroys Martin's chair, and has to have it remade:
