Difficult choice. I like Wooden Heart for its twee cutesiness, and Kentucky Rain and It's Only Love for their drama. But I think my favourite is Always On My Mind. Perfect realisation of what could have saved a relationship, in song. The Pet Shop Boys and Willie Nelson versions just don't cut it for me.

Suspicious Minds. Whilst decorating my front room for Christmas I had him on utube for hours.
Quite emotional tbh.

See I think PSB’s version of that song is one of those covers that is way better than the original

That said, I love Elvis. I think my favourite is probably If I Can Dream. I love how it’s not perfectly sung- there’s a couple of slightly off key notes and his voice cracks st one point. It’s so raw.

He did sing some cracking songs didn't he? Loved Elvis since the day I was born as my DM was a huge fan. I am trying very hard to think of an Elvis song I don't like...

Favourites are "You are always on my mind", "Can't help falling in love", "Return to sender" and "All shook up".

Another vote for Wonder of You, but the string quarter at our wedding couldnt get hold of the sheet music so we had to have Can't Help Falling In Love instead! Also a big Moody Blue, Good Luck Charm and Return to Sender fan

Suspicious minds, lots of them come to think about it & im not really an Elvis fan, but grew up listening to him & Dh is a fan.

I love them all tbh but depending on my mood I would pick Burning Love or In the Ghetto as my favourite. The clip of Lisa Marie singing it with him (well his video) made me bawl my eyes out

My stepdad is a massive Elvis fan he used to get up at parties/weddings/a drunk friday and sing Wonder of you. So i like that

After that - Always On My Mind.
And then the laughing version of Are You Lonesome Tonight.

Awwww, Elvis. ❤️ So many brilliant tunes. I love In the Ghetto, Always on my Mind and Devil in Disguise.

I think my absolute favourite is Surrender for the absolutely divine harmonies on ‘All the stars will tell the story of our love and all its glory’.
