When we went to see Captain Marvel a bloke in front of us spent the entire film on his phone playing some slot machine thing, he carried on even when I (politely) asked him to his phone off....and then when ds loudly said, 'mama that man not turn his phone off!' (Thanks ds, I noticed!) Every time it spun your eyes were drawn to it. Why would you spend a small fortune to completely ignore a film.
