AIBU How many bottles of perfume do you own?

After reading another thread it made me wonder? And do you consider which one to wear or like me grab the nearest one? I have a lot but tbh I don’t have a favourite. Gifts for birthday, Christmas, valentines. They all smell lovely but it’s always the nearest which gets used!

I only have one, I didn't wear any for about 11 years after having DS1 but bought myself some Marc Jacob's last year.

I find them prohibitively expensive - surely a 40 bottle collection is worth around £4k?

About 15 ish?
All presents from DH, who is mad about perfume and aftershave (he must have 30-40 aftershaves).

I have 2-3 favourites which are my “go to” ones but I try to wear the others occasionally.

I think I had 1 before I met DH.

I love perfumes, my current stock are:

Victor and Rolf flower bomb
Black opium

Around 12.
I wear everyday but which I choose depends on my mood and where I'm going to that day.
Usually it's
Special occasions - Angel
Meetings/lunch- CK Euphoria
Day out shopping- Cerutti1881/Chopard Wish
Lazy days-one of any of my collection. I'm loving Next Cashmere at the moment.

I have about 10, but only really wear the same 3 or 4.. favourites being Mugler Angel eau sucree...Mugler Aura..Jo Malone Red Roses...Narciso Poudre.

Probably 30+, I wear it every day. About 20 from 4160 Tuesdays plus loads of 'normal' ones like

I should clear out the ones I never wear really but I like to keep my options open

About 3 nice ones that I've stopped wearing but look good on the dressing table, and two that I actually wear.

I have two; one for everyday and one for special occasions / evenings. The everyday scent is fresher and less expensive.

My fave is Dior Miss, Chanel Chance eau vive and my lovely Penhaligons empressa

Actually also love blue dior poison oooohhh I love perfume

That made me laugh. I love the Marc Jacobs bottles, I think they are so pretty, BUT I can’t bear the smell of any of them!!

To me, they smell like the perfume we used to make when we were kids from weeds, water, talc and shampoo .

2 and I thought that was a bit extravagant!

At a guess it would be over 30 I inherited most when my nan died though and can’t bare to throw them away

1 only at a time. Favourite is Miss Dior which I usually get for Christmas.

About 20, all boxed in a dark drawer. From cheap as chips to obscenely expensive. The one I’d never, ever part with is White Linen which is what my mum wore.

Over 10 less than 20. I’m trying to use up the cheap ones. Sometimes I put them in the ironing water !

Two, but I don't use either (one is Chloe, and the other is Paul).

Instead I use: Body Shop massage oil ('Thai lemongrass') !!!!

Definitely 3, Chanel No5, Armani She and CK Eternity, amd there may be a bottle of Joop in the back of a drawer.

I wear Chanel most, haven’t worn She for a while, although I’m away to put it on today as this has reminded me how much I love it!

Three celebrity ones which are actually quite nice. Two 'proper' ones that I only wear when OUT out. And my new favourite everyday one which is a Primark dupe of Chanel Chance and is brilliant (PS Love it's called).

My exdp has over 80 bottles of aftershave, he's quite obsessed. He's my 16yr ds's dad and has passed his expensive taste onto him after buying him a bottle of Tom Ford Grey Vetiver 2 yrs ago. I despair!

Named changed because this will be totally recognisable as me!

I set myself a New Years resolution last year to use a different perfume every single day until I’d used them all, and I made it to the 4th of April which is 103 different perfumes.

I’ve bought more since too.
