Not to remove my bra at night

Posting here as I know I'll get the traffic.

So Lorraine Kelly is in the news as not removing her bra at bedtime. She's getting some schtick for it. What do you all think?

Should you remove your bra at night? Do you. If you do why? If you don't why?

I don't. I am a 'larger' boosomed lady and to be honest I find it uncomfortable having my baps flapping about in bed!!! Grin. Last time I slept without one was when I cremates my shoulders on holiday in Florida and the pain of putting one on was too much. Confused

So. Thoughts?!!!?

I'm an FF and also uncomfortable without a bra. I wear Bravissimo pj tops with the built in soft cami which stops them rolling under my arms when I roll over in bed, or having to carry them over with me!

I'm a 38HH and I couldn't imagine anything worse than sleeping in my bra! Mine comes off as soon as the day is over/visitors gone home etc.

My hair goes up as soon as I'm in the door. And my bra stays on, although not in bed.

My university flat mate used to wear hers in bed. It used to baffle me as I love releasing mine! But she was ample bosomed so...

Hate wearing a bra. Remove it at home!

I’ve been known to whip mine off in the car on the way home from work.

I don't, but I'm basically flat chested and I sometimes don't even wear a bra in the day!

I'm only a non-existent 28DD but I wear a bra all the time during the day and most nights in bed although sometimes just a sports one. Can't imagine ever going out without one.

I always wear a soft non wired bra in bed. I find it much comfier and feel really weird without a bra on.
I do think it helps protect your boobs from sagging too, mine aren't bad and i breastfed for ages. They've fared better than i was expecting anyway and perhaps night bras help!

I'm braless as much as possible at home, only wore a bra at night when breastfeeding because so leaky.
