And if it is are you looking forward to 29th?

OP posts:
DarlingNikita · 20/03/2019 17:37

Do you need it spelling out in words of one syllable?
Do I need what spelling out? Confused

How goes your appeal to get Boris's post deleted? [interested face]

themoomoo · 20/03/2019 17:44

darling it's not been removed ( as I guess you know as you will have checked: what is it with remainers asking the same questions repeatedly when they already know the answer)

DarlingNikita · 20/03/2019 17:47

Yes, I see it hasn't so far. I ask because obviously if it IS removed, then that suggests that someone other than you thinks it's racist. If it isn't, then the opposite is the case.

If we're spelling things out.

themoomoo · 20/03/2019 17:50

So why did you ask if you already knew [concerned face]

if we're being complete dicks about all this

Bearbehind · 20/03/2019 17:50

Same old same old, woe is me from Leavers here then.

Has anyone got anything positive to say about how they think we can get out of this mess and why it’s worth it?

Poisoningpigeons · 20/03/2019 17:53

In the leaver northern regions we'd love a general election to rout out the traitors.

Now, I know this has to be a post by a diehard Remainer, because no Leaver would ever talk about "routing out" political opponents let alone call them "traitors" Grin

themoomoo · 20/03/2019 17:59

Same old same old, woe is me from Leavers here then
weird because I see it as leavers being optimistic and being slagged off for being unrealistic about it ( sunlit uplands, unicorns...)

DarlingNikita · 20/03/2019 18:03

Rhetorical question.

But you knew that.

Rufusthebewilderedreindeer · 20/03/2019 18:08

Oh for good ness sake

boris didnt call anyone racist ..though there is still time, there are loads of posts left

Some leave voters have called remain voters nasty names

Some remain voters have called leave voters nasty names

longwayoff · 20/03/2019 18:50

MN taught me a new word. You'll like this moomoo. To Me-rail a thread. To distract from the topic and distort information so that it's all about ME rather than something more interesting and original. Thanks MN.

Same old same old, woe is me from Leavers here then.

Same old pretentious drivel from remainers, so its good to know that neither side has changed.

Windowsareforcheaters · 20/03/2019 19:00

There was no plan for Brexit.

People voted to leave despite no clear plan - the lack of a plan was obvious.

Leave won.

This is exactly what happens when there is no plan.

Leave voters voted for an idea with no coherent thought or plan - this mess was predicted and called 'project fear'.

This mess is exactly what you voted for. Own it and stop blaming everyone else.

Rufusthebewilderedreindeer · 20/03/2019 19:00

ive said it eleventy billion times

But i really wish people would use the word SOME

Not All people who voted leave once 2 and a half years ago can be saying woe is me

And not all people who voted remain once 2 and a half years ago can be pretentious drivelers

Sad
BoneyBackJefferson · 20/03/2019 19:06

Rufus

I used to care, I really did, but the only new thing to come out of the recent threads is the new goady fuckery which is:-

"This mess is exactly what you voted for. Own it and stop blaming everyone else."

All this really shows (other than a desire to goad other posters) is a lack a rational, reasoning and thinking skills.

Windowsareforcheaters · 20/03/2019 19:13

This mess is exactly what you voted for. Own it and stop blaming everyone else.

How is the truth goady?

There was no plan.
Leavers voted for an option with no plan.
This is what happens when there is no plan.

Argue the points.

Ahhhhh but asking leavers to argue the points is goady. Asking for facts is goady. Asking for 3 good reasons is goady. Asking for references when 'facts' are supplied is goady.

Asking a leave for any coherent argument is goady.

Rufusthebewilderedreindeer · 20/03/2019 19:14

I know you did boney

Its just such a shame

No one knew that this was going to happen

I thought it would be bad...but not this fucking bad

RebeccaCloud9 · 20/03/2019 19:15

'Woe is me' from the leavers is only because we knew this completely humiliating, disorganised shit show was the only path this was heading down. Of course we weren't going to get an amazing deal. Of course it was going to descend into chaos because there was never a coherent plan. Of course not everyone was going to end up happy because most people who voted leave believed a set of lies. FFS of course we're angry that we have to deal with this total fuck up.

LaurieMarlow · 20/03/2019 19:20

THE COMPLACENT REMAINERS CAMERONWHO FAILED TO EVEN CONSIDER A LEAVE VOTE, LET ALONE PLAN FOR ONE, BROUGHT US HERE

Well I’m with you on Cameron 100%.

However let’s not rewrite the history that happened after that. Boris, Davies, Fox, Raab, Barclay have all had their chance as leavers to deliver. And they all fucked off/slunk into the shadows because it was too hard.

Leavers need to wake the fuck up and take some responsibility for their actions instead of insisting it’s someone else’s fault.

BoneyBackJefferson · 20/03/2019 19:21

Windowsareforcheaters

I have already posted on this very thread what I thought would happen.

Whats goady is the incorrect bullshit that this is what was voted for.

So in summery, what you are saying isn't the actual truth, it is your truth that you are trying to push as the truth.

twofingerstoEverything · 20/03/2019 19:24

boney

Absolute nonsense. It's a quite legitimate stance. You voted for the unknown, with no idea what Brexit might look like, so potentially you were willing to accept whatever happened, even if that was a shitshow. How this is goady is beyond me. To be perfectly honest, I think your post above is a masterclass in goady fuckery.

themoomoo
weird because I see it as leavers being optimistic and being slagged off for being unrealistic about it ( sunlit uplands, unicorns...)
May I ask what you feel optimistic about? And can you understand why some people might see what you call 'optimistic' as blind faith, or irrationality in the face of no-plan?

BoneyBackJefferson · 20/03/2019 19:26

twofingerstoEverything

Ah yes the twist and spin, well done.

time4chocolate · 20/03/2019 19:49

Are you surprised because I’m not. You can’t negotiate on the non-negotiable. We have got what the EU were prepared to give us and we either take it or leave it. No surprise there. So far MPs have decided to leave it. We have almost come full circle back to June 2016 with two choices, simply In (fully) or Out (fully). Interesting tunes.

time4chocolate · 20/03/2019 20:01

times

Yabbadabbo2 · 20/03/2019 20:03

Leave voters voted to leave the EU it was a simple choice. It was then up to the politicians and the civil service to carry out that choice. Unfortunately these areas are massively dominated by remainers who don't really want to carry this out. I'm happy for us to walk away on the 29th. Will it be chaos possibly, for a period of time, before the EU moves onto its next crisis (most likely Italy).

Windowsareforcheaters · 20/03/2019 20:05

You voted for what "you thought would happen" even though there was no plan.

"They voted to leave the EU, maybe they thought that the government would sit around a table and work out the details before they jumped the shark"

Is this ^ the post where you explain what you thought would happen?

You thought Johnson would do this? Farage? JRM? Gove?

It was apparent on even the most cursory glance, there was no team, no plan, no detail only rhetoric. You voted for that.

Am I being goady for considering the point you made and responding to it specifically?
