To ask who is the longest serving contributor to Mumsnet

I've lurked for ages but only fairly recently plucked up the courage to contribute. Noticed the Podcast thread about how it all started and just wondered who is the longest serving member and how many of the first contributors are still here? Might be difficult to find out I guess or maybe not, I'm no expert on these matters!

19 years so 2000 but I don't think it was very 'new' then iyswim - or maybe it just felt like it had been around for ages from the beginning?

10 years here and still recognise quite a few names. I only know because I joined when I was very PG with DD. I joined for the baby names section and my first choice name was savaged so went with my second choice!

I first joined mumsnet in 2007, but have name chaged, closed accounts and had long breaks. I find it entertaining but have only just got to a point where i don’t get upset by it. I Never managed to make any friends. But thats ok, i havent been very supportive or consistent so dont deserve any.

I wrote an A-Level essay on digital feminism in... 2002, I think? and cited MNet as an example of a female-oriented space. So I visited as long ago as that! But only joined officially once I started trying for a baby, so only five years or so ago. Two name changes.

I've been here about ten years now. Was a prolific poster under my old name but name changed when life went tits up. Enjoying being back again.

I've just looked at my name changes and there are hundreds of them! Also my profile has vanished. I used to have one.

Been here since 2006 with a couple of breaks of a year or so. Lots of name changes.

My first post I got my ass handed to me and then lots of posters took pity on me and it turned into an epic, funny thread and I was hooked. Still feel like a newbie though.

I've been here almost 15 years. I rarely post these days though.
