To ask who is the longest serving contributor to Mumsnet

I've lurked for ages but only fairly recently plucked up the courage to contribute. Noticed the Podcast thread about how it all started and just wondered who is the longest serving member and how many of the first contributors are still here? Might be difficult to find out I guess or maybe not, I'm no expert on these matters!

Posting since 2006 but lots of name changes, and I still feel like a newbie.

I've been here since 2011, but lurk for the most part. I've changed names a few times when I get bored. @stealthpolarbear I've not seen WorraLiberty for a bit either...

I’ve been here 9-10 years lots of name changes and breaks in that time though. When I first joined I had a similar name to another poster who had been around longer who basically started a thread about me, it was total bitchy mumsnet at its worst.

Been here 11 years. I was early pg with DS, it was late winter. The baby in question is ten and half now.

For me, and I would imagine others, it's the same length as my first daughters age.

I joined in 2002. Loads of name changes and as you can see I've now lost inspiration. There is a registration number somewhere on your profile.

You used to be able to see when you went into your profile. I think it's gone now.

I've been here since 2005 (under various names).

Other than novelty and brief name changes (the most entertaining of which is Frances de la tour coughing into a bin) I've only ever been katy44 and me :)

That was an interesting exercise. I just checked my username history then searched for threads/ posts by me under my first username. I first posted in April 2011. Had no idea it had been that long. I lurked for at least a year before that. Also had no idea that I have been through so many usernames 😳

14 years under various names...one of which was once namechecked by Blondes upthread there as a poster she liked. I was so chuffed- it was the first time I'd ever been mentioned!

I've been here about four years. I name change two or three times a year.

2000 I think

12 years here, loads of name changes. I met a couple of Mumsnetters when I helped one out in a difficult situation (she came and stayed with me!). Not sure I'd do it again!!! But it felt different then.

Oooh in that case ragwort might be the winner.
