@Cath I just wanted to say that I really appreciate your posts. From an outsiders perspective and from the perspective of a mother who chose to vaccinate (due to media propelled propaganda, as I can honestly say that I chose to ignore all other views because I was told vaccinating is unquestionably the best way to protect your baby) I really respect your bravery. You are always very respectful and concise, you refrain from using appeals to emotion and ad hominems and despite all of the abuse, projection and insecurities that are thrown at you, you persevere.
People like you are so important, hopefully a lot of these women will come to realise that in the near future. Look at women like Sharron Davies and Martina Navratilova who despite all the abuse and vitriol and appeals to authority they've received recently, are not staying silent. Dissent is crucial, questions are ALWAYS necessary. Keep being wonderful!
Also, as someone who has been an asthma sufferer, I DID NOT KNOW that there was a link to dehydration. There is nothing wrong with sharing information, it is up to the individual to do the relevant research, and apply relevant changes to their own lives to come to their own decisions. That cannot happen if they're only ever exposed to 'one side'. Science has never been about one true and infallible conclusion to any one issue, if it was, lobotomies would still be a routine procedure on offer at local hospitals to anyone displaying signs of depression.
