Have any of you actually seen it for yourself? Or is it an internet hoax?

Here is the deathly photo screenshot. It gave me a fright, that’s for sure.

This demon will smite you with his giant club foot then smother you with his underam chicken skin if you gaze upon his demonic face. Send money and I'll call him off.

So did the kitty tell you to slit your throat and die or all of your family will be killed?

Sorry but this is all bollocks. One link posted which has momo in the title/description.

This apparent thing is supposed to pop up randomly and without warning giving suicide instructions. But nobody, not one single person can show this has happened.

GoFiguire · 03/03/2019 10:32

My image had an actual soundtrack. It hisses “I know where the bodies are kept.”

Biancadelrioisback · 03/03/2019 11:09

The frustrating thing is, no one will admit that they just got swept up in the hysteria. They won't admit that they've seen no proof and have blindly believed random posts on fb or wherever. They won't admit that maybe little Billy from across the street who claims that his older sisters best friend saw it, might have been fibbing. It's just bizarre!
I have never seen it and we watch a lot of youtube.

I'll start, I hesitated when I first started reading about it. So the first thing I did was Google it. Straight away I found the sculpture and was completely unable to find any video of it popping up unexpectedly. I spent ages in YTK looking for it (and the elusive Peppa pig episodes) and have still not been able to find any. I concluded that this was not a threat. If DS is watching YTK it's always while sitting on our knee (occasionally I might nip off for a wee/cup of tea) and there have been no cases of him bursting into tears and refusing to sleep in his own bed. Christ if he has seen it it really didn't bother him in the slightest.

My dd and I face tuned Momo this morning, fun way to put a lid on the nonsense. Watching the hysteria mount through the week was amusing, I told my dd it was like the Salem witch trials as all the kids at her school went a little insane with it all.

GoFiguire. Can you post the link to where you saw and heard this image hissing?

(Not holding my breath for evidence)

LetsGoFlyAKiteee · 03/03/2019 12:47

You see all this things on Facebook.. I'm trying to see how far this can spread blah..
This is the perfect example of how things can spread!

Gossip in the playground. Schools bringing more attention to it. People making more videos or children going looking for it. Tell a friend.. They tell a friend. And so on.

YourSarcasmIsDripping · 03/03/2019 12:51

For the ones that haven't realised yet.. @GoFiguire is being sarcastic.

Fell for it myself skim reading on not much sleep.
