To ask about height differences in couples?

Just seen a Fail article about 6'7 Richard Osman and his 5'2 girlfriend. Worthy of many pictures and comments.
I'm just under 5'0 and partner is 6'2. So not a dissimilar height difference. Am a worthy of a Fail article? (And not to mention all the vile comments that came with about her not having to go on her knees etc)

My DP is an inch shorter than me. Never really been in to big burley men, tall men I’ve dated have always been really lanky.

I’m also quite tall for a woman so have a limited pool of men that are taller than me anyway

I'm 4ft 10 and dh is 6 ft 4.
There's only him on our wedding photo's.

I'm 5' 3". DH is about 5' 9". Nothing remarkable. We're both a bit on the short side.

For those of you who are short and have tall husbands, can I ask how tall your kids are? And whether they are boys/girls?

I'm 5 ft 2/3. DP is 5ft 11. I'm the shortest woman he's ever been with, he makes a lot of jokes about me being short lol.

I have 2 grown men sons, and they are around 5ft 11 ish, sorry can't be precise, as they are no longer at home.

I'm not sure if dd has stopped growing yet, if she hasn't it's only a cm or so with each growth, she is 15 and 5ft6. She was bigger than me when she was 10 years old

*Roses• — we have an 18 inch height difference, and my teenage son and daughter are both a very nice 5ft 8.

5ft and 6ft4 here. I've always liked tall men, dh is the tallest I've been out with. He was definitely slouching a bit in the wedding pics though but day to day it's a non event.

We have 2 sons who are on the small side at 11 and 13, but dh was short till he hit puberty so watch this space....

I noticed it more when I was slim (skinny), but I've gone up 2 dress sizes and don't notice it as much. I feel like we match and don't look odd in photos although most who comment on it focus on me being arm pit height and asking if he's showered in an attempt to be funny. It's not.

5 nothing and 5ft 10 here.

I am 5'2" and DH is 6'2". It is pretty noticeable I guess, but I hardly ever give it any thought as I am so used to being the short arse in this house.

Our three DDs are also now taller than me, though not as tall as DH.

I'm 5'3" and DH is 5'11". Don't really notice. He calls me short which I am not because there are many many women shorter than I am! I reckon I'm about average.

Shorter than DH, 5'2 to his 5'10. As he says "doesn't matter, we meet in the middle!"

My SIL is 5' and brother 6'2''. They don't look as mismatched as you'd think though.

DH is 6'7 and I'm 5'3. The only time we really notice it now is when we meet new people who are always a bit, "Crikey!" about the height difference.

We didn't have formal wedding photos, only candies by friends and family, so nothing much to notice there.

But when I graduated from university and had my picture taken with him, I was made to stand on a box to fit us both in frame. That was fun in front of the massive queue of other graduates!

DH and I are 6'6" and 5'3", luckily he has a big heart too. Its the last thing in the world you can do anything about.
