DD called pjs "jarmy-pops" - they are forever known as that now in our house.

My son calls bras 'booby knickers'.

Dd called bras booby lashes which I liked.

We had a diamond room too lol. And traffic wardens were traffic Gordons!

My baby sister, barbie fish = mermaid ❤

Elasticated hair bands were called 'bunches'. Because I would show them to my DD and ask if she'd like her hair in bunches
Actually she still calls them that, but is way too cool/grown up to wear her hair in bunches these days (apparently).

Currently my 21 month old daughter calls her juice bottle "bubble" lol

Very outing but DD struggled with Prawn Cocktail crisps. They are forever known as pawn cottontail crispsps

I drove my Mum and sisters mad when I was little as I was desperate for some 'shoes with lumps in'.

Ds2 called nursery journey and eggy bread is picky egg.
Dd used to say nimits for minutes
Ds1 had furgers instead of burgers.
Can't remember is dd or ds1 we're responsible for mince & ducklings. That one has stuck with the whole family

DD2 calls a stamp a 'queen sticker'.

I love cute kids' words. The see-saw is the "up-down" in our family and dragons are fire-ninaurs (fire dinosaurs!).

Also we have froggy days here when there is a sea mist.

DH skidded slightly on some ice when we were in the car with dd when she was about 2. Slightly dodgy driving has been “dicey” ever since.
