That Jeremy Vine advert comedian copy-cat drives me bonkers. Yes JV is that annoying and I don't want to hear him exaggerated every 20 mins of every show . He brings out the most Daily Fail views of anyone on the channel, always poking at the worst sides of human nature and seemingly unable to form an intelligent argument.

The two men who are on at pick up time are similar - one seems to have a solitary brain cell and they both seem to have stepped out of the 80's. They are completely carried by the travel presenter who actually seems like a normally functioning human being. The fact i've not bothered to even remember their names in the 4 years I've driven the school run says a lot!

Who was it that’s done that thing before that you have to get the other person to say something? I’ve definitely heard the exact same thing on the radio before.

I like her, she’s lively and upbeat, doesn’t go on & on about her own family ( unlike Chris Evans, who spoke so much about his kids I knew more about them than I did about my own )

Also loving Sara & Jo.
Jo plays the best music but the music they play is relevant to the type of people listening at the time. The presenters haven’t got complete control.

I mostly listen to Dave Berry in the morning now, I tried to like Zoe but she’s too perky plus that really annoying feature with the kids is still on. Greg James tries too hard in my opinion, it’s like he’s listening to himself all the time.

I'm ok with Zoe bit bland but she does seem to be finding her feet....

at least she isnt crowing about having lots of children (many a nauseating programme on i've got4, you've got 5 , i'm expecting my 5th or what ever with Sophie Ellis Baxter/jamie oliver etc et all ) or doing cod mindfulness/life positivity stuff the CE had become, therapy lite...

however Sara C does my head in the whole 'girlfriend' babe schtick is neauseating and the range of music is so narrow - the quizy type stuff is just urgh.... am so glad shes not doing morning! the complete celebration of not knowing things /being stupid ...of squeals on wow i found out today...."some bland fact" how did i get to xage without knowing where my feet are ...squeal.. (could do s cox bingo after a week ...)

i was trying every couple of days but its so vapid ....i almost missed jo whiley (not really she is much better on her own )

I really miss simon mayo......can they not find someone who is lively but also talks like an adult ! or can balance the fluff..

I gave her a go, but had to switch her off by Thursday. I found her a bit annoying and her music choice is shit. It seemed that she only played endless turgid ballads. I don't want that when I need to get out of bed!

Love Sara Cox though. I prob would have stayed if they'd given the gig to her.

Am now happily enjoying Chris Evans on Virgin. I think his show is better now than it was on R2 and really like him on Sunday mornings.

I was dreading Zoe getting the job as thought she would be terrible, and I was right! She’s rubbish basically, with her umms and errs, she is far from being a natural and god knows how she got the job. Obviously a case of it’s not what you know, but who you know. I’ve thought all along for years since she’s been on TV and radio, she’s there because of her dad and it all became ‘The Emporer’s New Clothes’. Give the job to someone who actually has talent.

I like it more than I used to so I listen to a bit most days. I think it's trying too hard to be a version of the Chris Evans show, she needs to make it her own. Love Sara Cox.

I heard a bit yesterday morning and was really put off by the 'canned' sounding laughing. The second time it came on i realised it was her team doing stupid, sycophantic laughter. But it put me right off.

Lauren Laverne on 6music is the best of a poor group of options for me. Second is Chris moyles on radio x - but that's because I don't have a digital radio in my car but can get it on fm.

As a person I like ZB. However her morning radio show just doesn’t work. Sugary, try hard, listless. No genuine zing or surprises.

With CE you never quite know what you’re going to get and he delivers everything with gusto and passion. Real passion, not try hard passion.

Sorry Beeb, I’ve moved to Virgin.

Also, I get to hear more of Sara as I can listen in the kitchen when cooking.

can't abide Trevor NElson although his music the other evening was quite good for late night driving
i have Zoe on so low I can barely hear,
Liza Tarbuck is Great but more than one evening might get on your nerves I dare say
Ken is great too

Me too. Cant bear the new show. I used to love the Chris Evans show - it was perfect for a tricky morning commute. I really liked some of the guests, the interactions with all the presenters. But sadly for me I am also not liking the Sarah Cox drive home show. The music on both shows is dreadful. So I am listening to a lot more audio books until i can reprogramme the car radio!

Zoe sounds so fake all the time. None of her personality gets through. Assuming it's there of course.

Def think SC would have been a better choice for the morning.

How long does a crap show have to go on for before she's quietly replaced??
