To only have £100 until 28th Feb

As the thread title says, I only have £100 until the 28th of February, when I get paid. I've paid all my bills, rent and travel for this month - the only thing I need to buy is about five more days worth of food (I have a load stocked up from a big shop earlier in the month, so I'm pretty much okay on that front). I live in London with my DP and we have no DC.

AIBU to think the next two weeks will be a struggle and also extremely boring?

Weird... I have the exact same and get paid on the 28th too.

However, I have no food in and have me, DP and two kids to feed for the next two weeks and petrol to get to work.

I wouldn't be worried if I had 100 quid spare for unnecessary things!

Pre childen days it would be boring. No money to go out- london is expensive. I would probably do a detox until i got paid.

Only £100 left for two weeks would make me nervous in case an emergency comes up. Do you have a planned overdraft? If not I'd see if you can get one put in place just in case.

Haven't read all of the thread ( I know, I hate people who say that, sorry but don't have time tonight and wanted to post).
of course, there are people on here who would love to have £100 to last a couple of weeks when all fundamental bills are paid, and hopefully OP will realise that her position is not that bad, and the post may seem insensitive .
But OP has a right to ask for help with her particular circumstances like anyone else.
What is your major concern OP?

Well, as I said previously, I wasn't far behind you. My car started giving trouble today and have to bring to garage tomorrow....dreading the cost of it.
It will have to go on visa .
So €100 to last til the 28th isn't very much , when things like this pop up unexpectedly .

Well my 13 year old car isn't worth fixing....Will cost too much .... agghh! Off I go to my friendly bank manage a nd beg for a loan Sad
