All the ones that aranged for brexit without any clear plan can go to hell as far as I'm concerned. That's why we are in such a mess now!

He might be right but If there is a second referendum he will certainly of helped the leave side

LonelyandTiredandLow · 06/02/2019 19:15

He's going to be on the right side of history with that speech.
I think Leavers needed to hear that they are prepared for us to crash out and, although sorry we don't have a plan, are not going to bow down to cake eating demands. Very refreshing.

StoneofDestiny · 06/02/2019 19:16

I agree completely. Irresponsible government that has done deals with the devil that is the DUP........what better place to send them to?

RangeRider · 06/02/2019 19:17

There should be a place in hell for people who start yet another pointless thread slagging off Leavers.

CreakyBlinder · 06/02/2019 19:47

It's current affairs and the biggest political event in decades. I don't think you're going to stop anyone discussing it tbh.

MaudBaileysGreenTurban · 06/02/2019 19:49

He's absolutely right, and I'm glad he said it.

Have been listening to LBC whilst prepping dinner (I know, I need better hobbies) and the level of self-righteous frothing from the vile frog-faced git (Farage) and Iain Dale the Smug Brexiteer is really something to hear.

Bloody snowflakes.

Awwww. Have your widdle feelings been hurt by the nasty, nasty man?

You won. Suck it up.

surferjet · 06/02/2019 19:53

He sounds very angry & bitter, well you would be if one of your biggest payers had just told you to fuck off Grin

Bless him.

TheWomanin12B · 06/02/2019 19:53

Couldn't agree more. Most of them belong in prison. That'll do me for starters. Bunch of incompetent chancer utter scumbag bastards.

BjorkShush · 06/02/2019 19:54

Point to any MP or group of MPs that has promoted a plan to leave the EU?

Which MPs got together and created a cross party group and plan? They had over two years and nothing!

I am not clear on the labour plan they keep contradicting each other.

surferjet · 06/02/2019 19:54

Warms my heart that he’s so pissed off. Smile

GoofyIsACow · 06/02/2019 19:55

I don’t think he should be made to apologise, he is saying what we are all thinking... what a fucking shambles!

BartonHollow · 06/02/2019 19:55

If I said what I really think about Leavers I'd probably get my post deleted by HQ and or a warning, if you think this thread is slagging off Leavers, you haven't been on the receiving end of a real slagging off.

longwayoff · 06/02/2019 19:55

Of course, where else could they belong? Hopefully all those enthusiastic Brextards will go with them and we'll, er, get our country back.

Honeyroar · 06/02/2019 19:56

I agree with him but I think there will be a bit of room with them for him - his stubbornness and inability to discuss things without rudeness fuelled the fire.

LizzieSiddal · 06/02/2019 19:56

He’s a 100% correct!!

I just wish the media would stop whipping up hate by not reporting his comments correctly. He was speaking about the politicians not the general public.

Cobblersandhogwash · 06/02/2019 19:57

Unfortunately, we are going to be in that hell too.

A slow, determined decline in the U.K.

All these snowflake Brexshitters beefing about Tusk's remarks! It's very entertaining.

The way they talk about the EU, calling it a dictatorship, 4th reich, tyrannical, how it shackles the U.K. and other such hogwash.

Tusk has been very restrained imo.

TheWomanin12B · 06/02/2019 19:58

The BBC have completely misreported his comments. It's actually very worrying.

cathay123 · 06/02/2019 19:58

I agree completely. i feel angry that those politicians are not being held to account for not painting a true picture of what Brexit would be like.

tilder · 06/02/2019 19:59

Totally agree with him.

David Cameron, worst prime minister this country has ever had.

Coronapop · 06/02/2019 19:59

Definitely!

Quartz2208 · 06/02/2019 19:59

If he means the politicians who went into this for their own political gain knowing full well it is not going to work for the people who so desperately believe it will then yes. BJ, JRM, NF etc I am looking at you

For the people who voted to leave believing it to be something it is not (possible for a start in the way that they wanted it) then no of course not

I would like to think he means the former

ScafellPoke · 06/02/2019 20:00

Dh and I have said right from the start that farage should have gone to prison for what he did

BjorkShush · 06/02/2019 20:00

I don’t think he should be made to apologise, he is saying what we are all thinking... what a fucking shambles!
L

People don't seem to be allowed an opinion anymore. The press and Twitter is like The scream if offended. Quick call the thought police, Humberside, Yorkshire, Suffolk will have a word!

rollonoctober · 06/02/2019 20:00

The BBC report on the news app seems accurate enough to me?
