Head accused me of running over a child foot and swearing at him!

We recently moved from a naice area - to a rural hick town (it's a dump) think quiet little redneck mountain town. I've three kids and my eldest is 13. 13 years of school runs ... I've a pgce. I've made successful decisions and don't work as I'm comfortable. I send my children to state schools as I attended a top 20 state school. But the standards today are woeful. Think nits and threadworm. Yesterday morning the head said I'd run over a child called Harry and sworn at him. (Eh? Come again love). Shes a hopeless head. Doesn't speak to or interact with children. Would you make a complaint?

Never been treated like dirt before. =( would u send children to a decent prep school?

I live near Cumbria, and my DH's secretary is a stunna

But hopefully she is from Kirby Stephen- nits and threadworm.

Is he scratching around the anus at night?

JockTamsonsBairns · 24/01/2019 22:33

Is he scratching around the anus at night?

He was scratching his undercarriage just moments ago. Does that count? Shock

SillySallySingsSongs · 24/01/2019 22:33

That's nice dear Hmm

FevertreeLight · 24/01/2019 22:35

*Log it

911 and Ofsted- just to be on the safe side.

Knittink · 24/01/2019 22:36

What do you have a PGCE in, OP? Glue?

TrudeauGirl · 24/01/2019 22:38

What is an undercarriage?

FevertreeLight · 24/01/2019 22:39

What do you have a PGCE in, OP? Glue?

That would come under Design and Technology, possibly Art.

FevertreeLight · 24/01/2019 22:40

What is an undercarriage?

Bollocks

ilovesooty · 24/01/2019 22:41

I suggest you contact t your local MP. Have you met him yet?

Knittink · 24/01/2019 22:41

That would come under Design and Technology, possibly Art.

Or geography... although tbf that's mostly colouring in, not glue.

TrudeauGirl · 24/01/2019 22:43

Bollocks

Ahh thanks. Weirdly enough I've heard this 3 times this week and never knew what i5 was. It's been an odd week.

MsJaneAusten · 24/01/2019 22:49

It’s the wrong time of year for glue, surely? That runs out in November doesn’t it?

No pancakes in Hull? You're having a laugh! It's outright pancake war here!

What have I just read?

Well that's the bar set way high to be able to top this Confused

Just when you think you have read it all, poor Harry tho Grin

JockTamsonsBairns · 24/01/2019 22:55

No bedwetting thus far fevertree but I'll be staying vigilant for the foreseeable. Thanks for the heads up Smile

wheretoyougonow · 24/01/2019 22:58

If all the men are sleeping with their secretaries, when is the work getting done? Also, if all the housewives are fat I suggest you scrap being a teacher and start a slimming world club. You'll earn a small fortune. Dust.

FevertreeLight · 24/01/2019 23:01

Dust

Don't dust. Get a cleaner and a gardener (outdoor not lady) and a window cleaner- you have made successful decisions and don't work as you are comfortable.

raviolidreaming · 24/01/2019 23:02

Now now, everyone. Even if this isn't true, it may help someone else in the same position who comes across this thread...

Schuyler · 24/01/2019 23:05

I need to know how you ran Harry over - car, bicycle, foot or broomstick etc?

RedTartanLass · 24/01/2019 23:05

Wait? What? Does Harry's dad have a secretary?

RedTartanLass · 24/01/2019 23:06

Are YOU Harry's dad's secretary??
