We recently moved from a naice area - to a rural hick town (it's a dump) think quiet little redneck mountain town. I've three kids and my eldest is 13. 13 years of school runs ... I've a pgce. I've made successful decisions and don't work as I'm comfortable. I send my children to state schools as I attended a top 20 state school. But the standards today are woeful. Think nits and threadworm. Yesterday morning the head said I'd run over a child called Harry and sworn at him. (Eh? Come again love). Shes a hopeless head. Doesn't speak to or interact with children. Would you make a complaint?

Never been treated like dirt before. =( would u send children to a decent prep school?

I am genuinely now very confused. Are you alright, op?

Neverunderfed · 24/01/2019 22:07

Poor Harry. Won't someone think of the children?

MarjorieFrangipani · 24/01/2019 22:07

Please let there be T-rexing

CandleConcerto · 24/01/2019 22:08

I like you. You’re fun. Are you high?

LadyGregorysToothbrush · 24/01/2019 22:08

Ha! My post was deleted Grin

wentmadinthecountry · 24/01/2019 22:09

Have you moved to Ashford?

FevertreeLight · 24/01/2019 22:10

T-rexing

It is Cumbria. They use lard not vegetable fat.

blacktree · 24/01/2019 22:11

I'm so confused 😁

Fraying · 24/01/2019 22:12

I think you should start a baby names thread. Is Harry a good name for a child whose foot will be run over by a pgce parent in a hick town?
Imo Clayton would be better.

FevertreeLight · 24/01/2019 22:12

I'm so confused 😁

Side affect of untreated threadworm

crazycatgal · 24/01/2019 22:12

What are these 'successful decisions' you've made?

Waspnest · 24/01/2019 22:13

Is this a guess the town kind of puzzle?

Threadworms and nits hmmmm let me think....

TrudeauGirl · 24/01/2019 22:13

I would go with Michelin for a boy or Pirelli for a girl

svengoren10 · 24/01/2019 22:14

Brilliant. Tell us more OP....

TrudeauGirl · 24/01/2019 22:14

Blame Canada or Cartman Op. That'll solve it.

Bouledeneige · 24/01/2019 22:15

A bit confusing and random.

I made dinner. Think food. Classless people, waste of space. Cleaning.
Red necks.

TheBigFatMermaid · 24/01/2019 22:15

Well.....

NeedYourThoughts · 24/01/2019 22:15

This is BIZARRE!

wentmadinthecountry · 24/01/2019 22:15
