Dog fouling

I know I'm not bu I'm just curious to know what mn thinks the solution is?
I live on a lovely new build estate that borders a national trust property and an estuary. Multiple public footpaths well used by joggers, kids on bikes, dog Walkers like I'm doing right now.

This area is the worst fouling I've ever seen it's shameless. Dog bins across the estate so it's not that!!! National trust dog bins. Council dog bins. I reckon there are up to 20 bins.

I've just shooed my dog away from a dad closely supervising a little boy pottering on a verge. The dad says oh it's ok it's not the dog I'm making sure he doesn't tread in the poo!!

Going to start bothering the local council. What can I suggest?

It’s a huuuuuge bug bear of mine. We have a husky who is absolutely thrilled if he comes across a pile of poo on a walk, wolfs it down in no time Envy~

I am visualising getting the kids to make posters and stick them all over the estate
