What is the one thing you can eat on it's very own, although some people find it repulsive?

For me it's cheese! Any kind of cheese!!!! I am in LOVE with CHEESE!!! Cream cheese, cheddar cheese, brie, mozzarella, provolone, you get the idea! Grin

However, I have a friend tell me that she thought it was disgusting! Shock even though she relished ketchup sandwiches! Blergh!

I knew another guy who could simply eat a raw onion like an apple, no problem! My autist mind thought, "I wonder if he will be a serial killer one day?" I know, I'm weird! HA!

What one food do you enjoy tremendously on it's own, but according to some people, it makes them want to gag?

I have a couple weird ones..

  • Uncooked super noodles. I love them.
  • Iceberg lettuce with salt and vinegar
  • tinned Ravioli - has to be scolding hot though!
Itsmenotyouisntit · 10/01/2019 18:32

Like a pp.
Proper home made gravy.
I see it as a beverage, not a sauce like most uncultured swines people think. I'll often have a cup of gravy to wash down my roast dinners instead of a proper drink Blush

OrigamiZoo · 10/01/2019 18:33

Raw black pudding, especially Clontakilty. I can easily polish off a whole one in one go.

Mousewithascarf · 10/01/2019 18:34

Kitkat hotdogs. Slice of generously buttered white bread rolled up around a finger of kitkat. Sheer heaven. My late DF ‘invented’ it years ago. Sort of like a prehistoric pan au chocolat.

NewPapaGuinea · 10/01/2019 18:36

Raw onion

Mysterian · 10/01/2019 18:37

Salty, fishy explosions of prickly bones. Yum!

HP brown sauce sandwiches, sometimes with cheese if I'm feeling fancy , raw broccoli, sprouts and cabbage and floral gums which everyone I know seems to hate

lavalampoon · 10/01/2019 19:07

Cocktail sausages. I will eat a whole box no problem! Most people I know don't seem to like them at all!

WhoTookTheChristmasCookie · 10/01/2019 19:10
