to ask what slippers you wear?

Dog chewed my slippers (to be fair they were falling apart anyway) and am shopping for a new pair. We have stone floors so need something on my feet in the mornings!

I was bought a pair of Ugg scuffette slippers as a (bloody marvellous) Christmas present a few years ago butI wore them to death and definitely can't justify spending £80 on a pair of slippers! I did love the hard sole and shearling/fluffy inside though!

Anyone have any secret slipper knowledge that they can share of alternatives that are a bit less eye-watering on price!?

I quite like Next ones. Good soles and good quality.

My dm used to swear by padders which can be picked up at a good price in tj hughes or on debenhams sale.

A friend lives her mahabis. Tk maxx sell then at a good price occasionally.

Bedroom Athletics Harris tweed slippers. They're fantastic.

Fat face furry boot style slippers or flip flops. The first pair I find I wear 😂

Boden, I love them. Mine are soft soled as I prefer them. Sadly they no longer have their pompoms because the dog chewed them. They are still comfy though, and they are machine washable.

Crocs, on the recommendation of my podiatrist.

Skechers come a close second to Uggs imo, they aren't sheepskin but the soles are thick and comfortable. We have concrete floors and I've get chilblains with other slippers.

I like my M&S slipper-boots. Comfy, they stay on, decent soles and are machine washable.

Skechers, with memory foam and hard soles. Around £40 and last ages.

Costco Kirkland sheepskin slippers so similar to uggs and lovely quality and around £18

I've got a freezing cold tile kitchen floor and I wear regular crocs. Not at all flattering, but very warm and means I can pop out to the bins easily.

Aldi sheepskin. They’re brilliant.

Had mine two year and showing no signs of wear. The sheepskin kept my feet cool in the summer too.

I love slipper socks. I go through them so quickly it's unbelievable but I love how you don't overheat and they're not too stiff.

If you like sheepskin try these. They are bloody marvellous and I've washed them twice, it says they are seconds but I can't tell how.

Another vote for the Next suede slippers, I got the boot style for Xmas and they're so toasty! Suffer from chilblains like a pp and these are fur lined and have a good strong sole
