Just that really, sorry no drip feed here! Love my hubby and have 2 beautiful DC - perfect life really! My Brother in Law has been over from USA for the holidays and I feel like I fancy him. Its so weird, am I normal?? He's like my DH in alot of ways bit also different. Nothing will EVER happen but feel attracted to him. I'm beating myself up??!! 🤔🙈😲😔

I saw the thread, came on to say my BIL is the big brother I never had & I have no inappropriate feelings for him - then realised I already said it back in January when you first posted Grin

My BIL is the wrong sex for me to fancy him, and if I was straight I still wouldn't.

Justhavingacry · 02/09/2019 22:48

When I first started dating my DP my younger sister was 8 or so.
She had the biggest crush on him, he was her favorite person in the whole world - cant blame the girl, she had good taste!

Recently she started seeing a guy who was generally identical to my DP (blonde, blue eyed, sporty, tradesman) - vague details which would be identical to a lot of blokes - but we had a laugh.

Ex bl was very camp indeed and I adored him but no not fancied.

Spinnaret · 02/09/2019 22:51

Hell no. He's a drug addicted sociopath. And fugly to boot. I definitely got the better one.

katseyes7 · 02/09/2019 22:54

l'm sure l married the wrong brother. Nothing ever happened between us, but we got on like a house on fire, and we had much more in common than l had with my ex husband. l wouldn't say l fancied him, but l reckon we'd have had more of a chance of a successful marriage than l had with his brother.

My BIL is drop dead gorgeous! Film star looks, 6 pack the lot! but he's my sister's husband and as beautiful as he is, I wouldn't ever entertain the idea (not that he would tbh) - my sister means the universe to me...but damn I need a loooot of cold showers after they visit Grin. My philosophy is as long as you look but don't touch you can knock yourself out.

OctoberLovers · 02/09/2019 23:09

My bil is an arrogant, stuck up,self centred wanker, do no.....

Beautiful3 · 02/09/2019 23:15

I used to blush whenever I saw mine. I dont now hes fat with an out of control beard. I definitely got the best brother!

TerribleCustomerCervix · 02/09/2019 23:17

My BIL is physically very attractive, but sadly seems like a terrible, terrible partner. I’d have friends that I would consider setting him up with, only to realise that none of them have ever done anything bad enough to deserve it.

My sister described him as “Exactly the type of man I would have wasted far too much time on in my early 20s.”

I do not fancy him.

Chloemol · 02/09/2019 23:41

No

This would be a great premise for a novel.
