As we approach the end of the year, what has been your MN highlights? The threads that have made you laugh, cry, or that you remember for some other reason.

I remember a post about being unhappy paying for a meal in a hotel because a mix up with a starter. Another post about PIL asking for money for broken wine glass.

OP posts:
Bluelady · 30/12/2018 18:09

Screaming thread was amazing.

ChodeofChodeHall · 30/12/2018 18:13

I enjoyed the stripper AMA thread. I learned an awful lot about the daily life of a stripper and chortled at all the associated pearl-clutching.

Outwards · 30/12/2018 18:14

Oh my God, crying with laughter at snapped and farted!

CoughLaughFart · 30/12/2018 18:15

Who remembers the one where the OP was worried she'd ruined her brothers engagement by turning up in the garden uninvited with her new man and his daughters?

Oh God yes - a classic. OP with no boundaries; screeching future sister-in-law... it had the lot.

ShowerOfClowns · 30/12/2018 18:15

Hedge sex was hilarious
Boswell was infuriating and addictive
Softzilla was batshit (but strangely fascinating)
Any witches here thread very interesting

brizzledrizzle · 30/12/2018 18:17

Hedge sex
Playmobil
and penis whisk

elQuintoConyo · 30/12/2018 18:19

The screaming tourist wins hands down!

Relaxx · 30/12/2018 18:21

The one where the OP woke up one morning to a number of comment's on her Facebook page saying RIP. Still makes me giggle

Stardust91 · 30/12/2018 18:23

@ShowerOfClowns
Oh my God, i had forgotten the Boswell thread. Did the OP ever come back with the answer?

Mummylife2018 · 30/12/2018 18:26

Re: snapped and farted, did OP actually mean to type that?! I have genuinely never heard/read anything like it?!

timetochuckthetree · 30/12/2018 18:28

AMA MIL, so funny.

Lymphy · 30/12/2018 18:29

There was a parking one where someone on the school run parked in or blocked OP’s drive, it was great, the neighbour got involved, OPs DH was involved, the owners of the offending car were furious OP had blocked them in, they slashed the tires, all of which was caught on cctv, very satisfying thread!

Bakingberry · 30/12/2018 18:33

intelligentPutty · 30/12/2018 18:34

The one with the woman who wanted to bring her kid to a hen do. Literally invited herself. I'll try to find link.

ShinyPinkLipgloss · 30/12/2018 18:34

Definitely the one were the OPs friends believed she was dead and were writing obituaries on her FB page!

Outwards · 30/12/2018 18:34

proseccoaficionado · 30/12/2018 18:35

baddayattheoffice · 30/12/2018 18:36

Another vote here for the Playmobil royal weddings and Christmas threads.

intelligentPutty · 30/12/2018 18:36
