Alongside a diet of course!

Seems like the only manageable way I am gonna have a crack at it after I finished eating all my christmas crap when DS is napping...

Yep, 10 minute solutions and shine dance fitness on YouTube, also during DC naps. Good luck!

Tartsamazeballs · 27/12/2018 07:27

30 day shred and P90x worked for me

worthygirl · 27/12/2018 07:28

Yes, using Davina dvds (not the recent ones with the woman tho as don’t like them!) - 30 day fat burn is her best I think & I will be using it to kick start getting fit in January!
Good luck OP 💪🏻

HeyMacWey · 27/12/2018 07:29

30 day shred worked on me. Particularly good for losing stomach fat.

LuckyAmy1986 · 27/12/2018 07:30

Yes I did with Davinas 7 minute one I can’t stand her but liked the workouts

Jellybabie3 · 27/12/2018 07:32

7 minutes?? Woah.

30day shred!

Jellybabie3 · 27/12/2018 07:34

How long is the workout on the 30 day shred one? Is it doable if youve lived off costa for a while 14months

OP posts:
worthygirl · 27/12/2018 07:36

30 day shred is hard- mainly because you are doing it everyday! I found it too tricky as a beginner but is great when you have built up a bit of fitness!

worthygirl · 27/12/2018 07:37

Honestly, try Davina fit in 5 weeks- it’s a programme with built in rest days - or the fat burn one- both very good!

user1471521128 · 27/12/2018 07:39

Insanity. Painful but hugely effective.

Jellybabie3 · 27/12/2018 07:43

Oh yeah I will struggle to do it everyday as I work part time so really I want something I do on the 2 days home while DS sleeps and hopefully at the weekend if my dh can stop giggling at me wobbling and jiggling around not helpful

I appreciate its gonna be slower that way

I want to lose a stone to ttc #2. I am actually the same weight I was before conceiving DS but defo not the same size Confused

The davina ones look good despite her being irritating. Theres so many bloody dvds though 😂

OP posts:
worthygirl · 27/12/2018 07:47

@jelly yes, there are loads (and sadly I have most of them Grin)- the older ones are good like Super body etc but they take ages to do- like 40 mins- and I don’t have time- which is why I like the shorter, newer ones!!!

sulflower · 27/12/2018 07:50

I wish someone would hand me the motivation to actually try one. I have precisely 8 weeks to get my arse in shape for an upcoming holiday. I'm such a lazy cow at the moment.

actiongirl1978 · 27/12/2018 07:52

Joe Wicks bodycoach on YouTube. I either do a 20min workout every other day, or a short one every day.

I did his 28 days of sweat in December and despite living on toast and chocolate, got back into my jeans for Xmas - that said, I wasn't totally unfit before I started, but it pulled everything in a notch!

LuckyAmy1986 · 27/12/2018 07:53

She is so bloody irritating lol. The 7 minute one, obviously you can do more than just one which I did, depends on how much time you have available. Knowing they are short helped though

scatteredglitter · 27/12/2018 07:57

Joe wicks bodycoach - I did his 90 day sss plan and now intermittently do his iTunes workputs, plus am more educated about foods .

Slamadramafamalam · 27/12/2018 08:10

Yes, changed my body shape with no more than 15 mins a day, I do you tube vids and have a waist, a little one. It doesn't take long to become familiar with moves and notice your fitness level improving, rapidly. There's a free 30 day challenge by betyy rocker which gets a video emailed to you each day and that helped me do them instead of looking for one to watch. That was a good start and now I'm motivated enough to choose vids to do most days.

ThankYouDebbie · 27/12/2018 08:16

I started with the 30 day shred and then stuck with Jillian Michaels. I don't find her irritating, the instructions are clear, she understands that you're doing it do look good! and I honestly haven't found that other routines work you as hard.

Jellybabie3 · 27/12/2018 08:23

Great thanks. I expected to be told you cant lose weight stood in your living room so this is ace

Another vote for 30 Day Shred, combined with 5:2 - it takes around 20 minutes and you just need some hand weights. Very effective, though you will wish that you lived in a bungalow for the first few days.

evilharpy · 27/12/2018 08:47

Have a look at Les Mills On Demand, you can do lots of gym classes at home like body pump/step/combat. It’s £9.99 a month and really does feel just like being at a class.

Otherwise I like Jillian Michaels.

Member957064 · 27/12/2018 08:48

Has anyone tried the Jillian Michaels Beginner Shred? I have seen it on Amazon but don't want to buy unless it's any good!

Jellybabie3 · 27/12/2018 18:19

Thanks all I have gone for the 7 minute davina one first....I think knowing its only 7 minutes may push me through! I've just got 4 boxes of biscuits to get through first 😂 Wish me luck 💪
