Alongside a diet of course!

Seems like the only manageable way I am gonna have a crack at it after I finished eating all my christmas crap when DS is napping...

Had anyone tried the Jillian Michaels fitness app?

LadyRenoir · 28/12/2018 16:12

OMG forget DVDs, check out fitnessblender on youtube, that;s ALL you will ever need.

A really old ww one. I liked it.

Why is Les Mills worth £11 compared with what is out there for free?

Lovestonap · 28/12/2018 17:45

For me because its genuinely like going to classes (body combat body attack etc) which I used to like to anyway and there are constant updates and new ones. And the OP asked abut fitness dvds which are about a tenner for one workout, so it seems a good deal in comparison (for me anyway!). No harm giving a ten day free trial a go :)

I second the Fitness Blender recommendation. Also Sydney Cummings and HASFit.

I've used and still have the Jillian Michaels fitness app but use her dVD's way more often. They are basically the same exercises but I find the stilted nature of going from exercise to exercise a bit offputting.
