They re rubbish substitutions, granted. But I always tick 'no substitutions'.

I saw on Facebook someone ordered a tin of quality street from Tesco and got a substitution of a bath mat!!!

Morrison’s were shit this year. Lots of stuff missing. Ended up going to the shops on the 23rd anyway, which defeats the purpose of an online shop.

Had a missing piece of fresh tuna - but easily solved as had some other fish in the freezer.

No substitutes. Everything else arrived no issues.

That was with Ocado on Saturday morning.

Morrison’s do seem to have had an issue with providing Christmas puddings , but if it’s the gf polar bear cake it’s actually very nice ( dd is coeliac) .
