Just thought I would put a silly thread together based on problems we face.

I realised one first world problem I had today!

I was in the supermarket cafe and wanted to surf the internet on my phone, I then realised my phone had connected to the supermarket WiFi and it wouldn’t allow me to open any web pages up, so I had to turn off my WiFi and use my data, I then forget to turn my WiFi back on and then use up all my data!!

Anyone else got any first world problems?

Another vote here for a superking! Next, TK Maxx etc. all have reasonably priced bedding. The space is just amazing!
If you have the room, I'd say go for it!

I'm trying to buy a hat but can't work out what size I need. DH tried and got a number 7cm different from what I had and we are about to have an argument about this.

Bumbalaya · 11/12/2018 22:51

Toddler chucking toys our of Bath making my socks all wet.

Verbena87 · 11/12/2018 22:56

I fell over out running and now have a big hole in my already scruffy leggings, and a scabby knee the like of which I’ve not had since I was about 8. Mainly though, it made me feel a twat.

DeadButDelicious · 11/12/2018 23:10

I don't have a tumble dryer.

I really want a tumble dryer.

PossiblyPFB · 11/12/2018 23:11

We had the kitchen redone and now my Kitchenaid stand mixer is the wrong colour.

brizzledrizzle · 11/12/2018 23:12

I've got a flat not fitted sheet on my bed and its wrinkly, the pillow is too firm and a feather is sticking out of the duvet.

WhoTookTheChristmasCookie · 11/12/2018 23:16

I'm bedridden due to a back injury at the minute and no one is awake to make me a soda and lime Sad

VenusClapTrap · 11/12/2018 23:16

The cat is in the airing cupboard instead of curled up on me, keeping me warm. Selfish animal.

PositiveVibez · 11/12/2018 23:21

Our burr coffee grinder is not enough now and I really want a cup to bean machine.

I want a new car because the car I currently have, doesn't allow me a 'high up' driving position, which is my preference.

We have ran out of wood for our log burner.

I have ran out of box sets to watch on Netflix.

Butcowsdontgetmarried · 11/12/2018 23:22

I don’t have a tumble dryer. My towels are not fluffy enough. I have guests coming in a few days. I booked a collection/delivery laundry service to wash and dry my towels and bed sheets. They came 1hr late to collect and made me late for work.

alacazam · 11/12/2018 23:24

Treaclespongeandcustard · 11/12/2018 23:25

brizzledrizzle · 11/12/2018 23:28

Because of aforementioned wrinkly sheets I can't sleep and the battery on my kindle has gone flat.

LadyHarvey · 11/12/2018 23:29

Car got rear ended and I am hoping the car insurance company will say they will write the car off due to age (10+) and mileage (99k). Want this to happen so:
A. I can negotiate
B. We need to get a new car anyway and this way is less hassle

ThistleAmore · 11/12/2018 23:32

Oh god, f*cking everything today.

So as not to be too outing, let's just say I'm not living in my home city ATM and the accent where I am is starting to grate BIG TIME.

Probably big angry PMS. Still, home in a couple of weeks for Christmas...

BunsOfAnarchy · 11/12/2018 23:32

I need to take my painkillers but i also want a G&T
I can only choose one.
But both require me to get out of bed and trundle downstairs. FML why is it SOOOO HARDD!!

brizzledrizzle · 11/12/2018 23:43

ffs now the smoke alarm has started Ira intermittent beep again. Every December the smoke alarm starts to randomly go off in the middle of the night, it does it once a night in two bursts which just give me time to check it and get in bed again before the second burst starts. It's useless as it doesn't wake up anybody else and I'm nearly always already awake.

LongHotSummer24715 · 11/12/2018 23:55

My next fleece bedding is so cosy but a bit too warm. If I knock the heating off my kids will freeze but I’ll be the perfect temperature Confused

m0therofdragons · 11/12/2018 23:55

@DeadButDelicious me too! Every time I look I end up completely confused though. Is a £900 one really that much better than a £400 one?

My 7yo dd loudly announced in public "I love our hot tub but I wish it wasn't so cold when we get out!"

JWrecks · 12/12/2018 00:00

The most convenient spot in my house for charging my phone also happens to be the one bizarre black hole where reception is spotty. Once or twice, I've picked it up from charging and left the house, only for 3 texts from earlier to flood in at once. We cannot figure out what the heck is causing it, and i am entirely too stubborn to simply move the cable to, ohhh, say, any of the 10 or so other available and perfectly convenient spots in the house. It's maddening!

Dani2018 · 12/12/2018 00:19

My new well paid job with flexible hours is boring me because I'm not as busy as I was prior to my promotion...

Dani2018 · 12/12/2018 00:20

I'm aware this is probably the most ridiculously privileged problem ever lol
