Men in the 90's - I've got a few years to go yet Grin

KeepServingTheDrinks · 17/11/2018 00:00

I'll give you Jarvis (but I'd still do him now!)

But the rest.... not so much.

In the 90s we also had Blair and Clinton.
Not so hot now, eh!

Dare I suggest... OP, were YOU at your best in the 90s? And is that what you actually regret?

ScreamingValenta · 17/11/2018 00:01

I preferred the 90s look - longer hair and no beards! Grin

MrsApplepants · 17/11/2018 00:06

Oh yes, no beards!! Wait, what about silly goatees, there were a fair number of them!
90s was still the best, I was hot them as well (sighs wistfully...)

JacintaJones · 17/11/2018 00:07

I long for the nineties and I was sixteen in 1999.
Its all gone to shit since then.

Dandeliontea123 · 17/11/2018 00:14

Thought I would be the first to mention Keanu.

Ozgirl75 · 17/11/2018 00:57

100% agree and will add Eddie Vedder to the list.

LoudJazzHands · 17/11/2018 00:58

Another Layne Staley vote here Sad

PrincessConsuelaBananahamm0ck · 17/11/2018 01:02

Alanis sums up my Nineties. Legend.

TuMeke · 17/11/2018 01:12

Two words: Evan Dando 😍

Growingboys · 17/11/2018 01:13

God yes. Especially Jarvis

MargotLovedTom1 · 17/11/2018 01:24

Jason Patric in The Lost Boys.
Fit. As.

MargotLovedTom1 · 17/11/2018 01:25

Or was that late 80s?

MargotLovedTom1 · 17/11/2018 01:26
  1. Ah well!
Choccywoccyhooha · 17/11/2018 01:36

Nah, they were all so skinny with tiny child-like shoulders. Bleugh.
Plus I love how you describe them as the "alternative music scene." Most of the people you mention were about as mainstream as it got in the 90s! I loved the music, had the best times at Glastonbury in the mid-90s, but they weren't alternative! Grin

Brad Pitt
David duchov whatever, Mulder.
Leonardo Decaprio
River Phoenix

SnugglySnerd · 17/11/2018 07:12

Totally agree especially about Jarvis. I was in love with him aged 15!
I'd forgotten about Evan Dando!

I think it was the last time when people looked natural. Not everyone was gym obsessed with trendy tattoos, botox, lip fillers, fake tan etc. What people looked like was actually what they looked like.

KitschBitch · 17/11/2018 07:13

Jimmy Nail
Paul Weller
Simon Le Bon ......
have realised these are more 80's Grin
