I wish the 90s would come back. The best movies, the best music. Not endless remakes and Marvel shows like they’re doing now. I was really into r&b and hip-hop then. Also had a huge crush on 90s Daniel Day Lewis, 90s Colin Firth and 90s Ralph Fiennes. They’re all still pretty hot now. Also loved Johnny Depp and Damon Albarn. Also Christian Slater

Seemed like a lot more characters and less air brushes.
This time will be remembered for the jaundiced orange look and massive eyebrows. I don’t think it will be remembered for beauty.

But I think it might be my age talking. All mid thirties folk probably yearn for the music of their youth. My parents loved 60s / 70s music. We listened to a lot of Pink Flloyd and the Beatles growing up.

Pp who mentioned the alternative music scene - it was mainstream, but that's what it was known. I'd say pop, dance and Europop were more mainstream, although the charts were way more diverse than they are now.

I‘d forgotten just how lovely those men were in the 90s. So many fabulous women too. I loved Jarboe, Tori Amos, Kristin Hersh and Tanja Donnelly. Before everyone got those giant eyebrows and started contouring and waxing and fillering themselves into uniformity.
