Inspired by another thread, what are things that give you the willies?

My biggest one is houseboats.

Any slimy animal - fish, snakes, frogs, geckos. Toads ugh! Give you warts too, probably genital warts.

Oh and witches, big dolls and the thought of caves or potholing, just why?.

thighofrelief willies do not give me the willies as such but I do find them weird looking and not at all appealing. Same with bollocks.

JamieFrasersKilt agree re: pylons. they look horrid. Wasn't helped by being a schoolkid in the 80s and early 90s and being shown scary PIFs on how pylons kill kids

Fish, can't look at them, can't swim in the sea, only the pool on holiday. Once out with group of friends in restaurant and one friend ordered sea bass complete with head etc obv. and she was sat opposite me. As her plate was put in front of her l leapt out my seat, screamed, nearly knocking my chair over backwards and knocking person next to me wine over. Why oh why do people want to look at a dead fish, just why?

Frogs and toads jump and give you warts. Therefore if they jump high enough they could give you genital warts. Unless you are cross trained in genital warts and frog/toad jumping behaviour I'm afraid we have only my theory to go on.

hahaha lol! I don't mind toads personally but they are very warty, so I see what you mean. They kind of scream "genital warts" when you look at them, don't they.

also willies can give you GW, so willies are potentially things that could give you the willies

Bahhhhhhumbug I once ordered prawns but they turned out to have their heads still on!!!! I had to rip them off or go hungry. I prefer my food not to have an obvious face on it

Sesame Street sometimes gave me the willies as a child.

Bert and Ernie (those eyebrows!), the Yep Yep monsters and Snaffleophagus I found terrifying.
