The only way a woman can have a penis, is if they have a strap on, or have one made in the operating theatre. It is not a normal part of the Female reproductive system. I guess a woman could rape with her psudopenis, that is very rare.

You really would think that, after the Jimmy Saville scandal, people would be aware that predators are prepared to do any amount of charity work, set up charities, work tirelessly, direct all their energies towards 'helping' so they can become a familiar, non-threatening presence around the vulnerable.

Once someone assures you that normal safeguarding need not apply to them, suspicions and hackles should be raised. They're the very ones who are a threat.
