And say Eugenie won hands down re her style? I thought she was elegant and regal and beautiful.

She looked lovely, the dress was beautiful and everyone looked happy but why compare one girl to another? Very Digital Spy if you don't mind me saying.

They all looked good.

I bet Beatrice would look amazing too. If she gets married. Maybe she can resist the temptation to get married.

I'm also sure the royal family should have picked up the bill for security for both of them in the entirety.

I thought they were very different people with different weddings.

Both looked lovely. I loved Meghan’s veil and her natural make up. Eugenie looked beautiful and there was the element of swan like transformation when we were all used to seeing Meghan look stunning.

Harry and Meghan’s was much more a Hollywood level production whereas this one was less staged and formal so more like a normal family wedding.

And that was the biiggest difference between them which made me have a twinge of sadness really. Both are the children of divorce. In Eugenie’s case her father took Eugenie down the aisle and Beatrice walked with their mother. Her parents sat together and Beatrice did a beautiful reading for her sister and you could see her parents were sharing the pleasure of being proud of their daughter. I thought what a shame it was that Meghan was lumbered with a family who aside from her mother can’t be happy for her or put aside their differences just to all be together and be proud of her. I wondered if it made her feel a little sad too.

Regardless I thought both weddings were lovely as were both brides and they all seemed very happy with how it went, which is the main thing isn’t it?

It's a silly comparison.

They have very different styles and your idea on who looked best probably swings to the person whose style is nearest to your own aesthetic.

I think they both looked lovely - as did Kate.

Personally I liked Megan's simple dress best, but that's a reflection of my own taste (and most similar to my own wedding dress) and doesn't need to make me diminish Eugenie's choice.

Megan's dress wouldn't have suited Eugenie any more than Eugenie's dress would have worked for Megan.

I think it's good they stayed true to their own style frankly.

Eugenie was delightful and lovely. Winner.

Both looked beautiful but personally I preferred Eugenie dress.

Eugenie seems so warm and relaxed. She and Jack exchanged so many little smiles and reassured one another with little finger strokes. How lovely they were.

I think people and the press should just leave these two girls alone.

Both women looked beautiful though..

I loved the solemnity of the service, the lovely traditional hymns and the “realness” of it. They are genuinely happy and devoted and it shows. This can only happen when you know someone for a considerable time, as they have.

They are women not “girls”.

Two very different women.

Don’t forget Eugenie was born into all this and has no choice but to be who she is.

Meghan chose a career that led her to public scrutiny and then chose to marry into royalty.

Both were stunning to me.

All 3 weddings have been very distinctive & personal, and all 3 brides were beautiful. I think people will naturally "prefer" whichever is nearest their personal taste. Personally, Eugenie had the wedding and style I most loved. Although Kate looked amazing & utterly glowing. Her wedding was spectacular but not exactly relatable. Meghan looked nice and had a nice day but none of it touched me personally.

I'm also pleased for Eugenie that she has wowed everyone when I think she got slated beforehand.

They both looked great but I preferred todays, it’s not putting anyone down etc etc (typical MN), I just thought Eugenie looked fabulous.

I didn't like either dress to be honest. But I'm not a fan of dresses with arms. I get they need them, since they are royalty, but don't like them. They both looked pretty though.

I agree op, however, Kate's dress, veil and even what she changed into on the night, were just beautiful - perfect!

🙄🙄 Meghan’s by far the most beautiful one out of the lot. Probably the lack of inbreeding in her family to thank for that.

I liked the back of the dress and thought showing off her scar was good. The BBC article I read didn't really show the dress from the front
