Rules: just pick one or the other. Don't say "neither"! And don't say it should be whom not who

Theresa or Boris?

Theresa

Rock / hard place

ForalltheSaints · 03/10/2018 19:08

Theresa.

Boris as Prime Minister is an argument for the Royal Prerogative being used as a veto for the first time since 1834.

MerryDeath · 03/10/2018 19:09

Teresa but only because Bodje is so awful.

EllenJanesthickerknickers · 03/10/2018 19:17

Also Theresa. I don't agree with her politics but she's not completely terrible.

AlexaShutUp · 03/10/2018 19:18

Theresa.

I'm no fan, but she is the lesser of two evils by far. Boris is a source of national shame.

SteamTrainsRealAleandOpenFires · 03/10/2018 19:19

I don't trust anyone in politics.

TheBananaStand2 · 03/10/2018 19:19

It’s impossible not to say, “neither!”

Laiste · 03/10/2018 19:20

They're both wankers.
Boris is the more entertaining one.

SallySangFroid · 03/10/2018 19:20

Theresa

But I don’t think your average MNettee is Boris Johnson’s demographic.

Goldenbug · 03/10/2018 19:21

Theresa.

ShannonRockallMalin · 03/10/2018 19:22

If I had to choose, Theresa.

Wouldn’t trust Boris as far as I could catapult him.

Eatmycheese · 03/10/2018 19:23

One would sell your Granny
One would sell your Granny then carve her open to flog one of her kidneys

Think we know who is who.
If BoJo is ever PM I expect Queenie to sit up and use her RP
I actuslly think he might be assassinated

Unfinishedkitchen · 03/10/2018 19:26

I can’t stand TM but if Boris told me the time I’d check my watch. He’s told too many lies and can’t be trusted at all. Even his wife’s had enough and she’s the one who’s supposed to trust him the most.

AdultHumanFemale · 03/10/2018 19:28

I 100% trust Boris to be a dork at all times. Teresa may have her moments.

wineoclock1 · 03/10/2018 19:31

Theresa

Boris wants to be PM at any cost, i don't think he can be trusted

PillowOfSociety · 03/10/2018 19:32

Whatever you think of her (I can’t stand her politics) she was given a poisoned chalice.

Boris IS a poison chalice.

donquixotedelamancha · 03/10/2018 19:33

Theresa is the worst prime minister since Eden. I'd still pick her over Boris every time.

Prawnofthepatriarchy · 03/10/2018 19:33

Theresa.

Boris is a very nasty piece of work.

WrongKindOfFace · 03/10/2018 19:35

What are we trusting them with? Running the country? Not to steal your wife?

JustDanceAddict · 03/10/2018 19:36

If I absolutely had to, Theresa.

gamerwidow · 03/10/2018 19:36

Theresa, Boris is self serving arsehole who is only interest in his own power.

It is a bit like choosing between shit and vomit though..,,

allthatmalarkey · 03/10/2018 20:10

I'll be the first one to mention that Theresa's taken on a classic glass cliff job. I've never liked her politics, but there are things I admire like her stance against institutional in the police and I think as a sceptical remainer who's doing the dirty job of finding an actual Brexit, I think she's let the others make a mess for so long and then stepped in and sorted it out herself - eg last December's Ireland backstop agreement. And whilst it's too Brexit for me and not enough for Bojo etc, she may have found an actual compromise, but everyone is dead against that right now.

I try not to be obsessively annoyed by Boris Johnson, but it's impossible. I see him and think of the line 'that a villain may smile and smile'. And no, I wouldn't buy a used anything from him.

allthatmalarkey · 03/10/2018 20:12

Thats was supposed to read institutional racism in the police. I'm under slept.

Unfinishedkitchen · 03/10/2018 20:19

Boris thinks he’s smart because he can remember some Latin but he’s a dumbass and a crook. He owes London circa £40m for that garden bridge fiasco. He achieved less than zero as mayor.

I can’t beilieve I’m saying this but I’m pining for the days of Maggie Thatcher, that’s how much I despair of today’s shower of Tories.

HurricaneFloss · 03/10/2018 20:21

Theresa is the worst prime minister since Eden

David Cameron - worst PM ever.

If he hadn't called the Referendum, we wouldn't be having this chat.
