Wtaf have they done to dairy milk?!

Just tested myself to a bar of fruit and nut and it's about half the thickness, fine whatever you stingy bastards. But wtaf have you done to the taste?! It's greasy and has a bad flavour like a fatty sweet taste not a nice sweet taste.

Am I alone?! Yucky.

The trouble is .... there's a whole generation, my teens included, who don't have any memory of what Dairy Milk (and Caramel, Double Deckers, Roses etc etc), Terry's Orange and Galaxy used to taste like. My daughter actually says, when I start moaning about this for the umpteenth time, that 'there's nothing wrong with it' and therefore happily buy all that shite. And more kids to come too of course who'll happily line Cadbury's et al's pockets.

I can't believe that with such widespread condemnation and sales dropping (presumably) that these companies aren't asking themselves why, and what might be done. I'd happily - well, not happily, but YKWIM - pay a bit more to get the 'classic' flavours and textures back for example. However, I'm guessing that younger kids account for a lot of sales??

Apparently 200g bars are made in a different country to the 340g bars. I think the bigger bars have a nasty greasy after taste, yuk. Hunting for another brand now

I won't buy Cadburys again. If I wanted American chocolate sh*te I'd have bought Hersheys.

I agree with this. Enough people must still be buying it and it will cost less to produce because of the cheap ingredients so the profits are not affected enough to concern them.
