To hope people won’t notice I’m by myself

There’s a show doing a national tour at the moment and I really want to see it when it comes to my city. Unfortunately I don’t know anybody else in the world who likes it even remotely.
Never been to the theatre by myself but seriously considering it this time. Aibu to think the other people wouldn’t notice or wonder why I’m alone? Or would I look like a complete sad case?
It’s so far out of my comfort zone to do something like this (which I know makes me sound pathetic!) but I’m desperate to see the show. Already feeling anxious about it and I haven’t even got a ticket yet lol.

No one will notice. Honestly the ppl to your right will assume you’re with the ppl on your left and vice versa. That’s only if they give it a fleeting thought and they prob won’t lol

I love an American actress who's coming to the UK for a one woman show shortly and literally no one wanted to come to London for it (or rather one friend did but couldn't afford the travel etc too).

For the first time ever I'm going on my own and it never occurred to me that others will notice! I was apprehensive about a night in London alone (I have a disability and travel can be an issue in London) but I am giving it a go!

That's thanks to all the encouraging posts here to a woman who ended up on holiday alone with her children after her friend had to return to the UK and another one about someone whose friend pulled out last minute from a London theatre break.
