How talk are you and what do it weigh?

Trying to work out my target weight.

I know the range according to BMI but I'm too fat to visualise what say 9 stone looks like.

I'm a size 20, I was happiest in myself as a size 14 but never weighed myself back then.

I'm 5 ft 4.5 so trying to guesstimate what weight I'd be as a comfortable 14

I'm 5'2", no idea what I weigh.

I'm 5'9 and 12st7lbs. Big boobs though - 32g. I find I can get into a 14 when I'm anywhere within the 12st range.

I’ve asked this before. I’m a 12 (sometimes 10), 5ft 3 and 12 stone. Classed as overweight but people don’t believe me when I say how much I weigh as much taller and bigger people weigh similar. I do exercise a lot (including weights), it’s a funny one and really depends on your shape.

I am 5ft4 and 10.2 at and I am size 12.

I'm 5'8, around 11 st, and my fat is around my middle (flat boobs, flat bum). So I'm a size 14 but some models (dresses, tops and trousers) don't fit me at all. The 12 will be too small around the middle and size 14 too big on the legs.

Weight charts are a load of rubbish, I have always been classed as overweight by drs. I was always 11stone, 5ft 6 but wore size 8 clothes, sometimes I even bought aged 13/14 girls clothing when my 9 stone best mate was wearing size 14. I have had a low thyroid, so shot up to 14 stone in 3 months, Drs would call me very obese now but am wearing size 14 jeans.

I'm 5'5 and size 14, and am 11 stone 1 but in all honesty I have put on two stone since my last baby and it doesn't look great, I am trying to lose the extra couple of stone to get back to target weight.

I'm 5 foot 10 and at 12 stone (I am a bit over that at present due to gorging myself while on holiday) I can fit into some size 14s but not all by any means.

I'm 5ft 3 and 11st.

12 in most brands are too snug but some 14s are a bit loose. If they did a size 13 it'd be perfect for me.

I'm 5'9.5 and 11'12. I'm a 14 but if I didn't have my middle aged tummy/c-section overhang, I would be nearer a 12 I think. I can wear some 12 but it tends to be Next which is a bit generous.

I'm 5.7 I am a comfortable size 14 when 10 and half stone max. I need to be around 9 and half to be a comfortable 12.

I'm exactly your height.
I feel most comfortable at a size 10-12 and that's 10 stone for me (although I am active so maybe carry a bit of muscle).
When I was 12 stone I was fitting into 14s mostly but some were on the tighter side.

I'm a 12-14 (depending on the shop/material) 5ft 6 and weigh 11st 10lbs.

I'm 5'10"and weigh 70kg (11 stone.) I'm fairly muscular and an apple shape.

Some strange numbers coming out here. 5ft 6inch and 11 stone and you can fit in an 8?? I am the same height and weight and I’m a 12 on the bottom but have F cup boobs so 14-16 on the top.

Weight charts are a load of rubbish no they're really not. It's more likely to be clothes sizes that are 'rubbish', it's called vanity sizing.
When you were 11 stone you were just in the normal weight range, 14 stones does put you in the obese range, irrespective of the size of your jeans.

I'm 6ft 1in and a size 14. Weigh about 12 stone and very happy with that.

I'm 5'4.5 and just getting down to a 14 now - well 14 in tops, still a 16 in jeans. I'm currently 14 STONE 13 x

I’m 5ft 6” and weigh 12 stone yet I’m usually a size 10-12. I’m just solid so weigh heavier than I look.
Shops really vary size wise though. I own clothes varying from 8 to 20 which all fit!

I’m 5’2 hover around 10 stone and size 12/14 bottom with large hips and 14/16 top due to 36dd boobs.

At 11 stone I’m a 16, under 10 stone trend towards generous 12s

These threads always baffle me. When I was a size 14 I was about 11 stone and am 5'7".

Is it more to do with body shape? Having a waist as opposed to being straight up and down? I can't imagine a size 14 being less than 10.5 stone and certainly not 14 stone...

Can someone enlighten me?

I’m 5ft 2 and 11st 8.5 (specific because that’s what it was at WW last night)! I’m avg size 14 but some are still too tight but some size 12s still fit. Goal weight 9st 7. I was 12st 11 a few months ago, post second baby.
